提案理由 (AIによる要約)

所得税法等の改正に伴う関係法令の整理に関する法律
Law for Readjustment of Laws and Orders pursuant to the Amendments to the Income Tax Law, etc.
第一條　農業倉庫業法（大正六年法律第十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The Agricultural Warehousing Business Law (Law No.15 of 1917) shall be partially amended as follows:

第一條第二項に次の但書を加える。

但し、同法第四十八條（第五十三條、第六十條及び第六十七條において準用する場合を除く。）の規定は、適用しない。

第三十七條　連合国財産である株式の回復に関する政令（昭和二十四年政令第三百十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 37.　The Cabinet Order concerning Restoration of United Nation's Shares (Cabinet Order No.310 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第三十五條第一項を削り、同條第二項を同條第一項とし、以下一項ずつ繰り上げる。
Article 35 paragraph 1 shall be deleted;paragraph 2 of the same Article shall be made paragraph 1 of the same Article;and the numbering of its ensuing paragraphs shall be moved up by one.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十五年四月一日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
２　第十四條の規定による改正規定及び第二十五條の規定による改正規定中水産業協同組合法の制定に伴う水産業団体の整理に関する法律第一條第二項に関する部分は、法人の昭和二十五年四月一日以後に開始する事業年度分の法人税から適用し、法人の同年三月三十一日を含む事業年度分の法人税については、なお従前の例による。
2.　Of the amended provisions of Article 14 and Article 25 of this Law the part relating to Article 1 paragraph 2 of the Law concerning the Consolidation of the Fisheries Organizations and others in Conformity to the Enactment of the Fishery Cooperative Association Law, shall apply to the corporation tax for the accounting periods opening on or after April 1, 1950, and as for the corporation tax for the accounting period covering March 31 of the same year, the old provisions shall still apply.
３　第七條から第十一條までの規定による改正規定は、法人の昭和二十五年四月一日以後に終了する事業年度分の法人税から適用し、法人の同日前に終了した事業年度分の法人税については、なお従前の例による。
3.　The amended provisions of Articles 7 to 11 inclusive shall apply to the corporation tax for the accounting periods closing on or after April 1, 1950 and as for the corporation tax for the accounting period closing before the same date, the old provisions shall still apply.
