提案理由 (AIによる要約)

Law concerning Adjustment, etc. of Laws and Orders Concerned in Consequence of the Enforcement of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry Establishment Law
（鉱山保安法の改正）
(Amendments to the Mine Safety Law)
第一條　鉱山保安法（昭和二十四年法律第七十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Mine Safety Law (Law No.70 of 1949):
「商工大臣」を「通商産業大臣」に、「商工局長」を「通商産業局長」に、「商工省」を「通商産業省資源廳」に改める。
"Minister of Commerce and Industry" , "Chief of the Bureau of Commerce and Industry" and "Ministry of Commerce and Industry" shall be amended as "Minister of International Trade and Industry" , "Chief of the Regional Bureau of International Trade and Industry" and "Resources Agency of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry" respectively.
第三十二條第二項から第六項までを削る。
Article 32 paragraphs 2 to 6 inclusive shall be deleted.
第三十三條及び第三十四條を次のように改める。
Article 33 and Article 34 shall be amended as follows:

第三十四條　鉱山保安局並びに鉱山保安監督部及び炭鉱保安監督部に鉱務監督官を置く。
Article 34.　The Mine Safety Bureau, Mine Safety and Inspection Division and Coalmine Safety Inspection Division shall have Mine Inspectors. In Article
第三十六條第一項中「保安監督部長」を「鉱山保安監督部長又は炭鉱保安監督部長（以下「保安監督部長」という。）」に改める。

第二條　臨時石炭鉱業管理法（昭和二十二年法律第二百十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Temporary State Control of Coal Mining Law (Law No.219 of 1947):
「商工大臣」を「通商産業大臣」に、「石炭廳長官」を「資源廳長官」に、「炭鉱管理委員会」を「炭鉱管理審議会」に、「全國炭鉱管理委員会」を「全國炭鉱管理審議会」に、「地方炭鉱管理委員会」を「地方炭鉱管理審議会」に改める。

第三條　工業技術廳設置法（昭和二十三年法律第二百七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The following partial amendment shall be made to the Law for Establishment of the Agency of Industrial Science and Technology (Law No.207 of 1948):
第二條第一項及び第三條第五号中「商工省」を「通商産業省」に改める。
In Article 2 paragraph 1 and Article 3 item (5), "Ministry of Commerce and Industry" shall be amended as "Ministry of International Trade and Industry" .
第四條中「及び左の二部並びに政令の定めるところにより試驗研究等を行う機関」を「並びに左の二部及び試驗研究所」に改める。
In Article 4, "two Division as follows as well as laboratories and other organs established by Cabinet Orders which shall perform test, research and other business" shall be amended as "as well as the following two Divisions and Laboratories" .

（貿易公團法の改正）
(Amendments to the Foreign Trade Public Corporation Law)
第六條　貿易公團法（昭和二十二年法律第五十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 6.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Foreign Trade Kodan Law (Law No.58 of 1947):
第十一條から第十三條まで及び第三十五條中「理事長」を「総裁」に、「副理事長」を「副総裁」に改め、第十五條第二項中「理事長」を「総裁」に、「貿易廳局長」を「通商産業次官」に改める。
In Articles 11 to 13 inclusive and Article 35, "President (Rijicho)" and "Vice-President (FukuRijicho)" shall be amended as "President (Sosai)" and "Vice-President (Rijicho)" respectively, in Article 15 paragraph 2, "President (Rijicho)" shall be amended as "President (Sosai)" , and "DirectorGeneral of the Board of Trade" shall be amended as "Vice-Minister of International Trade and Industry" .

第七條　度量衡法（明治四十二年法律第四号）の一部を次のように改正する。

第五條中「農商務大臣」を「通商産業大臣」に改める。

(Amendments to the Patent Attorney Law)
第八條　弁理士法（大正十年法律第百号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 8.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Patent Attorney Law (Law No.100 of 1921):
「商工大臣」を「通商産業大臣」に、「特許局長官」を「特許廳長官」に、「特許局」を「特許廳」に改める。

（電氣事業法の改正）
(Amendments to the Electric Enterprise Law)
第九條　電氣事業法（昭和六年法律第六十一号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 9.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Electric Enterprise Law (Law No.61 of 1931):
第三十二條、第三十二條ノ二、第三十二條ノ四及び第三十二條ノ五中「中央電氣委員会」を「中央電氣審議会」に改め、第三十二條ノ三から第三十二條ノ五まで中「地方電氣委員会」を「地方電氣審議会」に改める。
In Article 32 and in Articles 32-(2), 32-(4) and 32-(5), "Central Electric Committee" shall be amended as "Central Electric Council" , and, in Articles 32-(3) to 32-(5) inclusive, "Local Electric Committee" shall be amended as "Local Electric Council" .

第十四條　石炭鉱業権等臨時措置法（昭和二十三年法律第百五十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 14.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Law of Temporary Measures concerning Coal Mining Rights, etc.(Law No.154 of 1948):
「地方炭鉱管理委員会」を「地方炭鉱管理審議会」に改める。

第十九條　パイプ類臨時措置規則（昭和二十一年商工省令第四十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。

第二十二條　左に掲げる法律中「特許局長官」を「特許廳長官」に、「特許局」を「特許廳」に改める。
Article 22.　In the following Laws, "Director of Bureau of Patent" and "Bureau of Patent" shall be amended as "Director of the Patent Agency" and "Patent Agency" respectively:

第二十四條　他の法令中「商工大臣」とあるのは、「通商産業大臣」と読み替えるものとする。
Article 24.　In other Laws and Ordinances, "Minister of Commerce and Industry" shall be amended as "Minister of International Trade and Industry" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十四年五月二十五日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from May 25 1949.
