I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Ordinance of Doctor's Association and Dentist's Association and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 187
第一條 医師会及歯科医師会令の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1. A part of the Ordinance of Doctor's Association and Dentist's Association shall be amended as follows:
第三條第五項を削る。
Article 3, paragraph 5 shall be deleted.
第二條 結核予防法施行令の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2. A part of Enforcement Ordinance of Tuberculosis Prevention Law shall be amended as follows:
第十二條中「家族」を「同居ノ親族」に改める。
In Article 12, "family" shall read "relatives who live in the same household."
The spouse, or son and others of a person who was prohibited to be engaged in work or who was taken in the sanatorium, and who are to be supported by one who was prohibited to be engaged in work or who was taken in the sanatorium. Article 3.
第十五條 法令ニ依リ拘禁中ノ者ニ対シテハ國民医療法第二十二條ノ規定ニ依ル從事命令ハ之ヲ爲サズ
A part of Enforcement Ordinance of Health Insurance Law shall be amended as follows: Article 15.
第四條 國民体力法施行令の一部を次のように改正する。
With regard to the person who is in detention under laws and ordinances, the order of engagement in work in accordance with Article 22 of National Medical Treatment Law shall not apply. Article 4.
第一條第一号及び第二号を削除する。
A part of Enforcement Ordinance of National Physical Strength Law shall be amended as follows:
In Article 5, paragraph 1, item 1, "(excluding schools in Saghalien Island)" shall be deleted, and in paragraph, item 3, " and governmental schools in Saghalien Island" shall be deleted.
第二十四條中「（樺太ニ在リテハ樺太廳長官）」を削る。
Article 18, paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
第二十五條を削る。
In Article 24" (Governor-General of Saghalien in Saghalien Island)" shall be deleted.
第五條 藥剤師会令の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 25, shall be deleted. Article 5.
第三條第五項を削る。
A part of Pharmaceutist's Association Ordinance shall be amanded as follows:
第四十三條を削る。
Article 3, paragraph 5 shall be deleted.
第六條 藥事法施行令の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 43 shall be deleted. Article 6.
第一條第一項中「帝國臣民」を「日本國民」に改め、同條第二項中「帝國」を「日本國」に改める。
A part of Enforcement Ordinance of Pharmaceutical Law shall be amended as follows:
第八條 削除
In Article 1, paragraph 1 " subjects of the Empire of Japan " shall read " people of Japan," and in the same Article, paragraph 2 " the Empire of Japan" shall read "Japan." Article 8 shall be deleted.
Article 7. A part of Imperial Ordinance No. 277, 1899 (re the claim and compensation of expenses for a sick traveller and one who was dead unidentified etc.) shall be amended as follows:
Article 9. A part of Imperial Ordinance No. 232 (re the subsidy of the National Treasury according to the provisions of Article 3 of the Public Welfare Pawn Shop Law) shall be amended as follows:
第三項を削る。
Paragraph 3 shall be deleted.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、日本國憲法施行の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of the enforcement of the Constitution of Japan.
