(運輸省官制等の一部を改正する勅令)

朕は、運輸省官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。

I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation, etc. and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 159

第一條　運輸省官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 1.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation.

第四條中「帝國鐵道會計」を「國有鐵道事業特別會計」に、「及軌道」を「、軌道及國營自動車」に改める。

In Art. 4, "Imperial Railway Account" shall read "Special Account for the Government Railway Enterprise" and "Tramways" shall read "Tramways and Government Automobile Service."

第六條第三号中「及軌道」を「、軌道及國營自動車」に改める。

In Art. 6, item 3, "and Tramways" shall read "Tramways and Government Automobile Service."

第十八條中「專任三十七人專任九十八人」を「專任四十三人專任百十三人」に、「專任三十五人專任二千四百四十二人專任八萬三千二百二十五人」を「專任三十七人專任二千四百九十九人專任八萬三千四百八人」に改める。

In Art. 18, {37 full-time 98 full-time } shall read { 43 full-time 113 full-time } and { 35 full-time 2442 full-time 83225 full-time } shall read { 37 full-time 2499 full-time 83408 full-time }.

第二條　運輸部內臨時職員等設置制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 2.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Establishment of Temporary personnel, etc. in the Communications Ministry:

第一條第一項第四号中「專任八人專任八十四人」を「專任十一人專任九十一人」に、「專任六十人專任百七十九人」を「專任六十五人專任百九十五人」に改める。

In item 4 of par. 1, Art. 1, { 8 full-time 84 full-time } shall read { 11 full-time 91 full-time } and { 60 full-time 179 full-time } shall read { 65 full-time 195 full-time }.

第四條中「專任二十七人專任四十人」を「專任四十八人專任五十六人」に、「專任十七人」を「專任二十六人」に改める。

In Art. 4, { 27 full-time 40 full-time } shall read { 48 full-time 56 full-time }, and "17 (full-time)" shall read "26 (full-time)."

第五條中「專任三人　三級」を「專任一人　二級專任十一人　三級」に、「專任二人專任十二人」を「專任三人專任二十三人」に改める。

In Art. 5, "3 (full-time) 3rd class" shall read { 1 full-time　2nd class 11 full-time　3rd class } and { 2 full-time 12 full-time } shall read { 3 full-time 23 full-time }.

第三條　昭和二十一年勅令第五十一号の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 3.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 51 of 1946, (21st year of Showa):

第二條中「專任二十七人專任百三十七人」を「專任二十一人專任百三十人」に、「專任五百三十二人」を「專任四百八十人」に改める。

In Art. 2 { 27 full-time 137 full-time } shall read { 21 full-time 130 full-time }, and "532 (full-time)" shall read "480 (full-time)."

第四條　氣象官署官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 4.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Meteorological Offices:

第十二條中「專任九人專任百四十二人」を「專任十四人專任二百二十六人」に、「專任二百十六人專任千五百五十八人」を「專任二百六十六人專任千五百二十四人」に改める。

In Art. 12, { 9 full-time 142 full-time } shall read { 14 full-time 226 full-time } and { 216 full-time 1558 full-time } shall read { 266 full-time 1524 full-time }.

第十八條第二項中「專任十二人專任十三人」を「專任九人專任十一人」に、「專任四人」を「專任二人」に改める。

In Art. 18, par. 2, { 12 full-time 13 full-time } shall read { 9 full-time 11 full-time } and "4 (full-time)" shall read "2 (full-time)."

第五條　海務学院官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 5.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Orgrnization of the Maritime Institute:

第二條第一項中「專任八人」を「專任十七人」に改める。

In. par. 1 of Art. 2, "8 (full-time)" shall read "17 (full-time)."

第六條　高等商船学校官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 6.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Nautical College:

第三條第一項中「專任七十五人專任四十人」を「專任四十一人專任二十四人」に、「專任十七人」を「專任十人」に改める。

In par. 1 of Art. 3, { 75 full-time 40 full-time } shall read { 41 full-time 24 full-time } and "17 (full-time)" shall read "10 (full-time)."

第七條　海技專門学院官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 7.　The following amendment shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Marine Technical School:

第二條第一項中「專任十二人」を「專任十七人」に改める。

In par. 1 of Art. 2 "12 (full-time)" shall read "17 (full-time)."

第八條　航海訓練所官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 8.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Navigation Technical School:

第二條第一項中「專任三十二人專任五十二人」を「專任三十三人專任五十四人」に、「專任四人　三級」を「專任二人　二級專任六人　三級」に、「專任二人」を「專任三人」に改める。

In par. 1 of Art. 2 { 32 full-time 52 full-time } shall read { 33 full-time 54 full-time }, "4 (full-time) 3rd class "shall read { 2 full-time　2nd class 6 full-time　3rd class } and "2 (full-time)" shall read "3 (full-time)."

第九條　水路部官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 9.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Hydrographic Department:

第三條第一項中「專任七人」を「專任九人」に、「專任百十三人」を「專任百十五人」に改める。

In par. 1 of Art. 3, "7 (full-time)" shall read "9 (full-time)" and "113 (full-time)" shall read "115 (full-time)."

第十條　海運局官制の一部を次のように改正する。

Article 10.　The following amendments shall he made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Maritime Bureaus:

第三條第一項中「專任五十一人專任五百三十九人」を「專任五十六人專任五百四十一人」に、「專任五十一人專任百十二人」を「專任四十六人專任百二十一人」に改める。

In par. 1 of Art. 3, { 51 full-time 539 full-time } shall read { 56 full-time 541 full-time } and { 51 full-time 112 full-time } shall read { 46 full-time 121 full-time }.

附　則

Supplementary Provision:

この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。

The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
