I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation, etc. and cause the same to be promulgated.

Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation.
In Art. 4, "Imperial Railway Account" shall read "Special Account for the Government Railway Enterprise" and "Tramways" shall read "Tramways and Government Automobile Service."
