朕は、政府職員共濟組合令の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Mutual Aid Association Ordinance for Government Officials and the other Ordinances and cause the same to be promulgated.

第一條　政府職員共濟組合令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 1.　The following amendments are made to parts of Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association for Government Officials.
第一條中「又ハ手當」を削り、「職工」を「工員」に改め、第四號を削り、第三號を第四號とし、第二號の二中「年額二千四百二十圓」を「月額千二百圓」に改め、第二號ノ二を第三號とする。
In Art. 1, "or allowances" shall be deleted, and "Shokko" shall read "Koin".
第二條第一項中「、給料又ハ手當」を「又ハ給料」に改め、「內地ニ於ケル」及び「、朝鮮總督府內ノ組合員タルベキ者及朝鮮ニ於ケル國庫以外ノ經濟ヨリ俸給ヲ受クル組合員タルベキ者ニ付テハ朝鮮總督府ニ、臺灣總督府部內ノ組合員タルベキ者及臺灣ニ於ケル國庫以外ノ經濟ヨリ俸給ヲ受クル組合員タルベキ者ニ付テハ臺灣總督府ニ、關東局部內ノ組合員タルベキ者及關東州ニ於ケル國庫以外ノ經濟ヨリ俸給ヲ受クル組合員タルベキ者ニ付テハ關東局ニ、樺太廳部內ノ組合員タルベキ者及樺太ニ於ケル國庫以外ノ經濟ヨリ俸給ヲ受クル組合員タルベキ者ニ付テハ樺太廳ニ、南洋廳部內ノ組合員タルベキ者及南洋群島ニ於ケル國庫以外ノ經濟ヨリ俸給ヲ受クル組合員タルベキ者ニ付テハ南洋廳ニ各」を削る。
In the same article, item 4 shall be deleted, and item 3 shall become item 4.In item 2 (2) of the same article, "2420 yen per annum" shall read "1,200 yen per month", and item 2 (2) shall become item 3.In Art. 2, Par. 1 " salary or allowances" shall read "or salary" ； "In Japan proper" and "for those who are to be members of the Association of the Government-General of Korea and members of the association whose salaries are paid from economic resources other than national treasury in Korea to the Government-General of Korea, for those who are to be members of the Association of the Government-General of Formosa and members of the association whose salaries are paid from economic resources other than national treasury in Formosa to the Government-General of Formosa, for those who are to be members of the Board of Kwantung and members of the association whose salaries are paid from economic resources other than national treasury in Kwantung to the Board of Kwantung, for those who are to be members of the associa- tion of the Territorial Administration of Karafuto and members of the association whose salaries are paid from economic resources other than national treasury in Karafuto to the Territorial Administration of Karafuto and for those who are to be members of the association of the Territorial Administration of the South Seas and members of the association whose salaries are paid from economic resources other than national treasury in the South Sea Islands to the Territorial Administration of the South Seas respectively" shall be deleted.
第二條ノ二中「年額二千四百二十圓」を「月額千二百圓」に改め、「若ハ手當」を削る。
In Art. 2 (2), "2,420 yen per annum" shall be amended as "1200 yen per Month", and "or allowances" shall be deleted.
第三條中「北海道地方費、府縣」を「北海道府縣」に改め、「又ハ手當」を削る。
In Art. 3 "Hokkaido Chihohi, Fu and Ken" shall read "Hokkaido, Fu and Ken," and "or allowances" shall be deleted.
第四條第一項中「、朝鮮總督、臺灣總督、滿洲國駐劄特命全權大使、樺太廳長官又ハ南洋廳長官（以下組合所管者ト稱ス）」を削り、同條第二項中「組合所管者」を「各省大臣」に改める。
In Art. 4 Par. 1, "the Governor-General of Korea, Governor-General of Formosa, Ambassador Plenipotentiary of Manchukuo, Director-General of the Saghalien Government-office, or the Director-General of the South Seas Government-office (hereinafter called managers of the associations)" shall be deleted, and in Par. 2 of the same Article, "Managers of the associations" shall read "Ministers of each Ministry ".
第六條第二項中「職工」を「工員」に改める。
In Art. 8, Par. 2, "Shokko" shall read "Koin".
第十一條第一項中「帝國（關東州及南洋群島ヲ含ム以下同ジ）及滿洲國」を「內地（樺太ヲ除ク以下同ジ）」に改め、同條第二項を削る。
In Art. 11, Par. 1, "the Imperial Territory (including Kwantung and the South Seas Islands; sic passim) and Manchukuo" shall read "Japan proper" and Par. 2 of the same Article shall be deleted.
第十四條第二項但書中「第一項」を削り、「帝國及滿洲國」を「內地」に改める。
In proviso of Art. 14, Par. 2, "Par. 1" shall be deleted, and "the Imperial Territory and Manchukuo "shall read "Japan proper".
第十八條中「又ハ手當」を削り、同條第二項中「十分ノ二」を「十分ノ四」に改める。
In Art. 18 "or allowances" is deleted and in Par. 2 of the same Article, "two-tenths" shall read "four-tenths".
第二十條及び第二十一條第一項中「又ハ手當」を削る。
In Art. 20 and Art. 21, Par. 1, " or allowances" shall be deleted.
第二十二條第一項中「同一ノ事情」を「同樣ノ事情」に改める。
In Art. 22, Par. 1, "under the same circumstances" shall read "under the similar circumstances".
第二十三條第一項中「三十圓」を「給料ノ日額ノ十五日分ニ相當スル金額」に改め、「又ハ手當」を削り、同項に次の但書を加へる。
In Art. 23, Par. 1, "30 yen" shall read "the amount equal to fifteen days' amount of daily salary" and "or allowances" shall be deleted, and the following proviso shall be added to the same paragraph:
但シ分娩費ノ金額ガ百圓ニ滿タザルトキハ之ヲ百圓トス
In case the amount of expense for parturition does not reach 100 yen, it shall be made 100 yen.
第二十三條ノ二中「十圓」を「五十圓」に改める。
In Art. 23 (2) "10 yen" shall read "50 yen".
第二十四條第二項中「十五圓」を「同項ノ規定ニ依リ支給スベキ分娩費ノ額ノ半額ニ相當スル金額」に改める。
In Art. 24, Par. 2, "15 yen" shall read "the amount equal to one-half of the amount of expense for parturition to be paid according to the same paragraph".
第二十九條、第三十三條及び第三十四條中「組合所管者」を「各省大臣」に改める。
In Art. 29, Art. 35 and Art. 34, "Managers of the associations" shall read "Ministers of respective Ministries".
第三十一條第一項及び第二項中「、給料又ハ手當」を「又ハ給料」に、「、給料及手當」を「及給料」に改め、同條第一項中「組合所管者」を「各省大臣」に改める。
In Art. 31, Par. 1 and Par. 2, "salary or allowances" shall read "or salary" and "salary and allowances" shall read "and salary", and also in Par. 1 of the same Article, "managers of the associations" shall read "Ministers of respective ministries".
第三十一條ノ三第一項及び第三項中「、給料又ハ手當」を「又ハ給料」に改め、同條第二項中「組合所管者」を「各省大臣」に改める。
In Art. 31 (3) Par. I and Par. 3 "salary or allowances" shall read "or salary" and in Par. 2 of the same Article, "managers of the associa- tions" shall read Ministers of respective Ministries".
第三十二條中「俸給、給料若ハ手當ノ範圍又ハ給料若ハ手當」を「給料」に改める。
In Art. 32 "the limit of salary or allowances, or salary or allowances" shall read "salary".
第三十五條　削除
Art. 35　is deleted.
第二條　造幣局共濟組合令、印刷局共濟組合令及び專賣局共濟組合令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 2　The following amendments are made to parts of Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association of Mint, Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association of Printing Bureau, and Ordinance regarding mutual Aid Association of Monopoly Bureau:
第一條中「年額二千四百二十圓」を「月額千二百圓」に改める。
In Art. 1, "2420 yen per annum" shall read "1200 yen per month".
第二條中「、給料及手當」を「及給料」に改める。
In Art. 2, "salary and allowance" shall read "and salary".
第三條　遞信共濟組合令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 3　The following amendments are made to parts of Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association of Ministry of Communications:
第一條中「年額二千四百二十圓」を「月額千二百圓」に改める。
In Art. 1, "2420 yen per annum" shall read "1200 yen per month".
第二條中「、給料及手當」を「及給料」に改める。
In Art. 2 "salary and allowances" shall read and salary".
第四條　營林局署共濟組合令、生絲檢査所共濟組合令及び鐵道共濟組合令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 4　The following amendments are made to parts of Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association of Forestry offices, Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association of Silk conditioning House, and Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association of Railway:
第一條中「奏任文官」を「二級官吏」に、「判任文官」を「三級官吏」に、「年額二千四百二十圓」を「月額千二百圓」に改める。
In Art. 1 "Sonin-Bunkwan" shall read "2nd rank officials" and "Hannin-Bunkwan" shall read 3rd rank officials" and also "2420 yen per annum "shall read 1200 yen per month".
第五條　警察共濟組合令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 5　The following amendments are made to parts of Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid asociation of Police:
第一條中「年額二千四百二十圓」を「月額千二百圓」に改める。
In Art. 1 "2420 yen per annum" shall read 1200 yen per month".
第二條中「北海道地方費」を「東京都、北海道」に、「ノ百分ノ二ニ當ル」を「ニ內務大臣大藏大臣ト協議シテ定ムル割合ヲ乘ジテ得タル」に改める。
In Art. 2. "Hokkaido local expense" shall read "Tokyo Metropolis, and Hokkaido," and "correspond to two-hundredths" shall read "obtained by multiplying the rate determined by consultation between Home and Finance Ministers".
第六條　刑務共濟組合令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 6　The following amendments are made to parts of Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association of Prison:
第二條中「ノ百分ノ二ニ當ル」を「ニ司法大臣大藏大臣ト協議シテ定ムル割合ヲ乘ジテ得タル」に改める。
In Art. 2 "correspond to two-hundredths" shall read "obtained by multiplying the rate determined by consultation between Justice and Finance Ministers".
第七條　道府縣立少年敎護院職員令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 7　The following amendment is made to Ordinance regarding Officials of Prefectural Institute for the Juvenile:
第十三條を削る。
Article 13 is deleted.
第八條　昭和二十年勅令第三百七號附則第二項中「、地方海員審判所、運輸省航空局及航空機乘員養成所」を「及地方海員審判所」に改める。
Article 8.　In Par. 2 of the Supplementary Provision to Imperial Ordinance No. 307 of 1945, "Local Marine Court of Inquiry, Aviation Bureau of the Transportation Ministry, and Airmen's Training Institute" shall read "and Local Marine Court of Inquiry".
第九條　大正十二年勅令第三百九十二號（官立大學敎官の職務俸に關する勅令）は、これを廢止する。
Article 9.　Imperial Ordinance No. 392 of 1932 (Ordinance concerning the salaries for Instructors of Government Universities) shall be abrogated.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
この勅令中第九條の規定は、昭和二十一年十月一日から、北海道に係る部分は、同月五日から、その他の部分は同年七月一日から、これを適用する。但し、特別の事情により、改正規定により難い場合においては、政府職員共濟組合については各省大臣、その他の共濟組合については當該所管大臣が、大藏大臣と協議して定める日から、これを適用することができる。
The provision of Par. 9 of this Ordinance, the provision concerning Hokkaido, and the provision concerning other parts shall be applied as from Oct. 1, Oct. 5 and July 1, 1946, respectively. However, in case special difficulties should prevent the revised provisions of this Ordinance from being carried out, Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association for Government Officials and other Ordinance regarding Mutual Aid Association may be applied as from the date to be fixed by each Minister with regard to the former and by respective Ministers with regards to the latter, after consultation with the Minister of Finance.
