Law concerning Adjustments of Relevant Laws consequent on the Enforcement of the Law for Administrative Execution by Proxy
第一條　森林法（明治四十年法律第四十三号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Forest Law (Law No.43 of 1907):
第十一條ノ二及び第八十一條第三項中「行政執行法第六條」を「行政代執行法第六條」に改める。
In Article 11-(2) and Paragraph 3 of Article 81, "Article 6 of Law for Administrative Execution" shall read "Article 6 of Law for Administrative Execution by Proxy."
第二條　公共團体の管理する公共用土地物件の使用に関する法律（大正三年法律第三十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Law concerning the Use of Land and Property for Public Use under Custody of Public Bodies:(Law No.37 of 1914)
第二條　削除
Article 2,　Deleted.
第三條　都市計画法（大正八年法律第三十六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The following amendment shall be made to a part of the City Planning Law (Law No.36 of 1919):
第二十三條　削除
Article 23,　Deleted.
第四條　道路法（大正八年法律第五十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Road and Highway Law (Law No.58 of 1919):

Article 54,　deleted.
第五條　不良住宅地区改良法（昭和二年法律第十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 5.　The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Law for the Improvement of Areas of Unsatisfactory Housings (Law No.14 of 1927):
第十四條中第二項を削る。
Paragraph 2 in Article 14 shall be deleted.
第六條　森林資源造成法（昭和二十年法律第三十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 6.　The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Law for the Making of Forestry Resources (Law No.35 of 1945):
第六條第二項中「行政執行法第六條」を「行政代執行法第六條」に改める。
In Article 6, Paragraph 2, "Article 6 of Law for Administrative Execution" shall read "Article 6 of Law for Administrative Execution by Proxy."
第七條　災害救助法（昭和二十二年法律第百十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 7.　The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Disaster Relief Law (Law No.118 of 1947):
第二十八條　削除
Article 28,　Deleted.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
