朕は、內務省官制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる
I hereby give My Sanction to the Partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of Ministry of Home Affairs and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 358
第一條　內務省官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 1.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of Ministry of Home Affairs.
第五條に次の一號を加へる。
The following one paragraph shall be added to Article
五　東北興業株式會社ノ業務ノ監督ニ關スル事項
5.　Affairs concerning supervision of Tohoku Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha (the NorthEastern Industrial Development Joint-stock Company).
第二條　內閣所屬部局及職員官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 2.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Personnel of the Division and Bureau attached to the Cabinet.
第二條第一項第十號及び同條第二項を削る。
No. 10, Paragraph 1, of Article 2, and Paragraph 2 of the same Article shall be deleted.
第三條　內務部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 3.　The following partial amendment shall be made to the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
「專任七百五十人」を「專任七百五十四人」に改める。
"750 (full-time)" shall read "754 (full-time)."
第四條　東京都官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 4.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis.
第一條ノ二中「專任二百九十三人以內」を「專任二百九十七人以內」に。「專任四千三十六人以內」を「專任四千四十五人以內」に改める。
In Article 2-(2), "not more than 293 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 297 (full-time)", and "not more than 4036 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 4045 (full-time)."
第五條　北海道廳官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 5.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulation governing the Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Hokkaido.
第一條ノ二中「專任二十七人以內」を「專任三十一人以內」に、「專任七百八十三人以內」を「專任七百九十三人以內」に改める。
In Article 1-2, "not more than 27 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 31 (full-time)," and "not more than 783 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 793 (full-time)."
第六條　地方官官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 6.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of the Local Governments of Prefectures.
第二條中「專任九百五十九人以內」を「專任千六十六人以內」に、「專任四千三百七十六人以內」を「專任四千三百八十二人以內」に、「專任二萬六千七百九人以內」を「專任二萬七千二十人以內」に改める。
In Article 2, "not more than 959 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 1066 (full-time)," " not more than 4376 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 4382 (full-time)," and "not more than 26,709 (full-time)" shall read "not more than 27,020 (full-time)."
第七條　都廳府縣等臨時職員等設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 7.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance for Temporary Establishment of Personnel Etc., in To-Cho-Fu-Ken (Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido and Prefectures).
第一條中「專任五百六十人」を「專任五百六十一人」に改める。
In Article 1, "560 (full time)" shall read "561 (full-time)."
第一條ノ二中「專任五十二人」を「專任五十三人」に改める。
In Article 1-(2), "52 (full-time)" shall read "53 (full-time)."
第一條ノ三中「專任三十七人」を「專任三十六人」に、「專任二千百七十五人」を「專任二千百七十七人」に改める。
In Article 1-(3), "37 (full-time)" shall read "36 (full-time)," and "2175 (full-time)" shall read "2177 (full-time)."
第一條ノ四第一項中「專任五百五十一人」を「專任五百四十七人」に、「專任五千三百十七人」を「專任五千三百六十一人」に改める。
In Article 1-(4), Paragraph 1, "551 (full-time)" shall read "547 (full-time)," and "5,317 (full-time)" shall read "5,361 (full-time)."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
