審議経過

朕は、地方商工局官制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the amendments of part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of Regional Commerce and Industry Bureau and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 355
第一條　地方商工局官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of Regional Commerce and Industry Bureau:
第二條第一項中「各地方行政事務局ノ所在地」の下に「（四國地方商工局ニ在リテハ丸龜市）」を加へる。
In Article 2, Paragraph 1 "Marugame City in Shikoku district" shall be added under "Location of each Regional Administrative Bureau."
第二條　東京都官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 2.　The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis:
第十三條中第三號を第四號とし、第二號を次のやうに改める。
In Article 13, "No. 3" shall read "No. 4" and "No. 2" is amended as follows:
二　物資ノ配給ニ關スル事項
2.　Affairs concerning distribution of commodities.
三　物價ニ關スル事項
3.　Affairs concerning price of commodities.
第三條　北海道廳官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 3.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Hokkaido:
第十二條第三項中第二號を第三號とし、第三號を第四號とし、第一號の次に次の一號を加へる。
In Article 12, Paragraph 3, "No. 2" shall read "No. 3," "No. 3" shall read "No. 4" and next to "No. 1" shall be added the following item:
二　物價ニ關スル事項
2.　Affairs concerning price of commodities.
第四條　地方官官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 4.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of the Local Governments of Prefectures:
第十四條ノ二中第二號を第三號とし、第三號を第四號とし、第一號の次に次の一號を加へる。
In Article 14 (bis) 2, "No. 2" shall read "No. 3," "No. 3" shall read "No. 4" and next to "No. 1" shall be added the following item:

2.　Affairs concerning price of commodities.
第五條　都廳府縣等臨時職員等設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 5.　The following amendments shall be made to part of Temporary Establishment of Personnel Etc., in To-Cho-Fu-Ken (Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido and Prefectures):
第一條中「專任二十八人」を「專任二十九人」に、「專任五百五十三人」を「專任五百六十人」に改める。
In Article 1, "28 (full-time)" shall read "29 (full-time)" and "553 (full-time)" shall read "560 (full-time)."
第一條ノ三中「專任三十六人」を「專任三十七人」に、「專任二千百六十九人」を「專任二千百七十五人」に改める。
In Article 1-(bis) 3, "36 (full-time)" shall read "37 (full-time)" and "2,169 (full-time)" shall read "2,175 (full-time.")
第一條ノ四第一項中「專任五百二十七人」を「專任五百五十一人」に、「專任五千九十二人」を「專任五千三百十七人」に改める。
In Article 1-(bis) 4, Paragraph 1, "527 (full-time)" shall read "551 (full-time)" and "5,092 (full-time)" shall read "5,317 (full-time)."
第六條　昭和二十年勅令第三百四十七號（都廳府縣支廳長の職權等の戰時特例に關する件）は、これを廢止する。
Article 6.　The Imperial Ordinance No. 347 of the twentieth year of Showa (1945) (affairs concerning the war time special instance of the functions of the Governors of Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido, Prefectures, and the Chiefs of Sub-prefectural Offices), shall be abolished.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
