Imperial Ordinance No. 355
Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Functions of Regional Commerce and Industry Bureau:
In Article 2, Paragraph 1 "Marugame City in Shikoku district" shall be added under "Location of each Regional Administrative Bureau."
Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis:
In Article 13, "No. 3" shall read "No. 4" and "No. 2" is amended as follows:
2. Affairs concerning distribution of commodities.
3. Affairs concerning price of commodities.
Article 3. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Hokkaido:
In Article 12, Paragraph 3, "No. 2" shall read "No. 3," "No. 3" shall read "No. 4" and next to "No. 1" shall be added the following item:
2. Affairs concerning price of commodities.
Article 4. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organizations and Functions of the Local Governments of Prefectures:
In Article 14 (bis) 2, "No. 2" shall read "No. 3," "No. 3" shall read "No. 4" and next to "No. 1" shall be added the following item:

Article 5. The following amendments shall be made to part of Temporary Establishment of Personnel Etc., in To-Cho-Fu-Ken (Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido and Prefectures):
In Article 1, "28 (full-time)" shall read "29 (full-time)" and "553 (full-time)" shall read "560 (full-time)."
In Article 1-(bis) 3, "36 (full-time)" shall read "37 (full-time)" and "2,169 (full-time)" shall read "2,175 (full-time.")
In Article 1-(bis) 4, Paragraph 1, "527 (full-time)" shall read "551 (full-time)" and "5,092 (full-time)" shall read "5,317 (full-time)."
Article 6. The Imperial Ordinance No. 347 of the twentieth year of Showa (1945) (affairs concerning the war time special instance of the functions of the Governors of Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido, Prefectures, and the Chiefs of Sub-prefectural Offices), shall be abolished.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
