朕は、樞密顧問の諮詢を經て、第一復員省官制の廢止等に關する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction with the advice of the Privy Council to the abrogation of the Regulations governing the Organization of the First Demobilization Department and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

第一條　左の勅令は、これを廢止する。

第二條　內閣官制の一部を次のように改正する。
2.　A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Cabinet shall be amended as follows:

附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この勅令施行の際現に陸海軍に屬し復員してゐない者に關しては、海軍懲罰令、明治四十一年勅令第三百十五號及び昭和十八年勅令第百二十一號は、この勅令施行後もその者の復員するまで、なほその效力を有する。但し、昭和十八年勅令第百二十一號中第一復員大臣とあるのは、內閣總理大臣とする。
For those who are serving in the Army or Navy and not yet demobilized, the Naval Disciplinary Regulations, Imperial Ordinance No. 315, issued in 1908 and Imperial Ordinance No. 121, issued in 1943 shall remain effective even after the promulgation, unless they are demobilized, provided that "1st Demobilization Minister" in the Imperial Ordinance No. 121, issued in 1943, however, shall read "Prime Minister."
昭和二十一年勅令第百九十三號附則第二項中「高等武官」を「高等武官ニシテ復員セザルモノ」に改める。
"Military officer of high rank" in Paragraph 2 of the Supplementary Provision to the Imperial Ordinance No. 193, issued in 1946, shall read "high officer who are not yet demobilized."
