（通商産業省設置法の改正）
(Amendments to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry Establishment Law)
第一條　通商産業省設置法（昭和二十四年法律第百二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　A part of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry Establishment Law (Law No.102 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
目次中「第五章　公団（第六十七條）」を削る。
In the Contents, "Chapter V Kodan (Government Corporation)(Article 67)" shall be deleted.
第四條第一項第二十二号中「物資」を「供給の特に不足する物資」に改め、同項第二十三号中「及びその生産、出荷若しくは移動又は工事の施行を命ずること」を削り、同項第二十四号及び第二十五号を次のように改める。
In Article 4 paragraph 1 item (22), "materials" shall be amended as "materials in extremely short supply" , in item (23) of the same paragraph, "and to order production, shipment or removal thereof and execution of construction work for production" shall be deleted;and items (24) and (25) shall be amended as follows:
二十四　所掌事務に係る供給の特に不足する物資の生産、讓渡若しくは引渡を命じ、又はこれらの行為を制限し、若しくは禁止すること。
(24)　To order, restrict or prohibit activities for production, transfer or delivery of the goods and materials in extremely short supply under its jurisdiction;
二十五　削除

第九條第一項第五号中「貿易公団及び」を削り、同項第七号の次に次の一号を加える。
In Article 9 paragraph 1 item (5), "the Foreign Trade Kodan and other" shall be deleted, and, next to item (7) of the same paragraph, the following one item shall be added:
七の二　通商産業省の所掌に係る物資で連合軍の需要するものの生産の促進に関すること。
(7)-2)　Affairs regarding promotion of production of goods and materials, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, required by the Allied Forces;
第九條第一項第八号を次のように改める。
Article 9 paragraph 1 item (8) shall be amended as follows:
八　連合軍に対する役務の提供及び物資の供給に関すること。（特別調達庁の所掌に属することを除く。）
(8)　Affairs pertaining to furnishing of service and supplying of goods and materials to the Allied Forces (excluding those under the charge of the Special Procurement Agency).
第十條中第六号から第八号の二までを削り、第九号を第六号とする。
In Article 10, items (6) to (8)-2) inclusive shall be deleted, and item (9) shall be made item (6).
第二十二條第一項の表中参與会議、輸出協議会、指定繊維資材及び衣料品販売業者登録諮問審議会、指定生産資材割当基準審議会及び商品取引所取引紛争審査会の部を削り、「

第二十五條第三項を次のように改め、同條第五項中「及び第三項」を削る。
Article 25 paragraph 3 shall be amended as follows;and in paragraph 5 of the same Article, "and paragraph 3" shall be deleted:
３　石炭の生産その他石炭鉱業に関しては、第一項の規定にかかわらず、福島県は、東京通商産業局の管轄区域とする。但し、鉱業権の設定、変更（試掘権の存続期間の延長を含む。）及び消滅並びに鉱業権並びにこれを目的とする租鉱権及び抵当権に関する登録については、この限りでない。
3　With respect to the production of coal and other matters concerning coal mining, Fukushima prefecture shall be placed under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo Bureau of International Trade and Industry, notwithstanding the provision of paragraph 1;provided that, this shall not apply to the cases of establishment, change (including extention of the duration of digging rights) and extinction of mining rights and to the cases concerning registration of mining rights, mining lease and mortgage rights with mining rights for their subjects.
第三十一條中「第二十五号」を「第二十四号」に、「第三十一号」を「第三十二号」に改める。
In Article 31, "item (25)" shall be amended as "item (24)" , and "item (31)" as "item (32)" .
第四十一條第一項の表中「

第二條　工業技術庁設置法（昭和二十三年法律第二百七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The Agency of Industrial Science and Technology Establishment Law (Law No.207 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條中「工業技術運営審議会、」を削る。
In Article 4 "the Industrial Technique Management Council" shall be deleted.
第五條を次のように改める。
Article 5 shall be amended as follows:

Article 5.　Deleted.
第六條第五項中「二十人」を「四十人」に改め、同條第七項及び第八項をそれぞれ第八項及び第九項とし、同條第六項中「委員」の下に「及び臨時委員」を加え、同項を第七項とし、同條第五項の次に次の一項を加える。
In Article 6 paragraph 5, "20" shall be amended as "40" , paragraphs 7 and 8 of the same Article shall be made paragraphs 8 and 9 respectively;in paragraph 6 of the same Article, next to "members" shall be added "and temporary members" ;paragraph 6 shall be made paragraph 7;and next to paragraph 5 of the same Article, the following one paragraph shall be added:
６　特別の事項を調査審議するため必要があるときは、臨時委員を置くことができる。

（鉱山保安法の改正）
(Amendments to the Mine Safety Law)
第三條　鉱山保安法（昭和二十四年法律第七十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The Mine Safety Law (Law No.70 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四十條及び第四十八條第二項中「委嘱する」を「任命する」に改める。
In Article 40 and Article 48 paragraph 2 "entrusted.... to" shall be amended as "appointed.... from among" .
第四十一條第一項中「三年」を「二年」に改める。
In Article 41 paragraph 1 "three years" shall be amended as "two years" .
（臨時鉄くず資源回收法の改正）
(Amendments to the Law for Temporary Measures for Collection of Iron Scraps)
第四條　臨時鉄くず資源回收法（昭和二十四年法律第七十二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　The Law for Temporary Measures for Collection of Iron Scraps (Law No.172 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條第二項中「くず化物件審議会にはかつて決定しなければならない。」を「決定をしなければならない。」に改める。
In Article 4 paragraph 2, "consult the Council for Things to Be Scrapped and thereby make a decision on this complaint" shall be amended as "make a decision on this complaint" .
第五條中「くず化物件審議会に出席して、」を削る。
In Article 5, "be present in a meeting of the Council for Things to be Scrapped and thereby" shall be deleted.
第七條第一項中「第四條第二項及び第十二條第四項に規定するものの外、」を削る。
In Article 7 paragraph 1, "in addition to such matters as provided for in Article 4 paragraph 2 and Article 12 paragraph 4" shall be deleted.
第九條第二項中「委嘱する。」を「任命する。」に改める。
In Article 9 paragraph 2, "commissioned" shall be amended as "appointed" .
第十二條第四項中「、審議会の意見を聴いて」を削る。

（工業標準化法の改正）
(Amendments to the Industrial Standardization Law)
第五條　工業標準化法（昭和二十四年法律第百八十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 5.　The Industrial Standardization Law (Law No.185 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條第一項中「二百五十人」を「二百四十人」に、同條第二項中「委嘱する。」を「任命する。」に改める。
In Article 4 paragraph 1, "250" shall be amended as "240" ;and in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "entrusted" shall be amended as "appointed" .
第七條第三項中「委嘱する。」を「任命する。」に改める。
In Article 7 paragraph 3, "entrusted" shall be amended as "appointed" .
（輸出信用保險法の改正）
(Amendments to the Export Credit Insurance Law)
第六條　輸出信用保險法（昭和二十五年法律第六十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 6.　The Export Credit Insurance Law (Law No.67 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
第七條第二項を次のように改める。
Article 7 paragraph 2 shall be amended as follows:
２　審議会は、通商産業大臣の諮問に応じ、輸出信用保險に関する重要事項を調査審議する。
2　The Council shall study and deliberate, in response to the inquires of the Minister of International Trade and Industry, on important matters concerning export credit insurance.
第九條第一項を次のように改める。
Article 9 paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows:
学識経験のある者のうちから任命された委員の任期は、六箇月とする。但し、一回に限り、再任を妨げない。
The tenure of office of the member appointed from among persons of learning and experience shall be six months;provided that, this shall not preclude his appointment but once.
（商品取引所法の改正）
(Amendments to the Commodity Exchange Law)
第七條　商品取引所法（昭和二十五年法律第二百三十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 7.　The Commodity Exchange Law (Law No.239 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:

(Amendment to the Order concerning Post-War Disposition of Industrial Property Rights Owned by Allied Nationals)
第八條　連合国人工業所有権戰後措置令（昭和二十四年政令第三百九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 8.　The Order concerning Post-War Disposition of Industrial Property Rights Owned by Allied Nationals shall be partially amended as follows:
第十一條第二項中「特許補償審査会」を「特許補償等審査会」に改める。
In Article 11 paragraph 2, "Patent Compensation Committee" shall be amended as "Committee for Patent Compensation, Etc." .
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　国家行政組織法（昭和二十三年法律第百二十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
2　The National Government Organization Law (Law No.120 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
別表第一通商産業省の項公団の欄中「
産業復興公団
　貿易公団
」を削る。
In the column of Kodan of Annexed Table No.1 concerning the Ministry of International Trade and Industry,
"Sangyo Fukko Kodan" and
"Boeki Kodan"
shall be deleted.
３　この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用に関しては、第七條の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
3　With respect to application of penal provisions to acts committed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the former provisions shal still prevail notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7.
