厚生省設置法の施行に伴う関係法令の整理に関する法律
Law for Readjustment of Laws in Compliance with the Enforcement of the Ministry of Welfare Establishment Law
第一條　優生保護法（昭和二十三年法律第百五十六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　A part of Eugenic Protection Law (Law No.156, 1948) shall be amended as follows:
「優生保護委員会」を「優生保護審査会」に、「中央優生保護委員会」を「中央優生保護審査会」に、「都道府縣優生保護委員会」を「都道府縣優生保護審査会」に、「地区優生保護委員会」を「地区優生保護審査会」に改める。
The words "Eugenic Protection Commission" , "Central Eugenic Protection Commission" , "Prefectural Eugenic Protection Commission" and "District Eugenic Protection Commission" shall be amended as respectively, "Eugenic Protection Council" , "Central Eugenic Protection Council" , "Prefectural Eugenic Protection Council" and "District Eugenic Protection Council."
第十八條第二項及び同條第四項中「各優生保護委員会」を「各優生保護審査会」に改める。
In paragraphs 2 and 4 of Article 18 the words "Each Eugenic Protection Commission" shall be amended as "Each Eugenic Protection Council" .
第二條　食品衞生法（昭和二十二年法律第二百二十三号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　A part of Food Sanitation Law (Law No.223, 1947) shall be amended as follows:
「第七章　食品衞生委員会」を「第七章　食品衞生調査会」に改める。
"Chapter VII Food Sanitation Committee" shall be amended as "Chapter VII Food Sanitation Investigation Council" .
第二十五條中「食品衞生委員会」を「食品衞生調査会」に、「中央食品衞生委員会」を「中央食品衞生調査会」に、「地方食品衞生委員会」を「地方食品衞生調査会」に改める。
In Article 25 "food sanitation committee" , "Central Food Sanitation Committee" and "Local Food Sanitation Committee" shall be amended as, respectively, "Food Sanitation Investigation Council" , "Central Food Sanitation Investigation Council" and "Local Food Sanitation Investigation Council" .
第三條　医師会、歯科医師会及び日本医療團の解散等に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第百二十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　A part of Law regarding Dissolution and Liquidation of Medical Association, Dental Association and Japan Medical Treatment Corporation (Law No.128, 1947) shall be amended as follows:
第十四條第二項、第十五條第二項及び第二十一條中「日本医療團清算監理委員会」を「日本医療團清算監理協議会」に改める。
In paragraph 2 of Article 14, paragraph 2 of Article 15 and in Article 21, "Control Committee for Liquidation of Japan Medical Treatment Corporation" shall be amended as "Advisory Council on Liquidation of Japan Medical Treatment Corporation" .
第四條　あん摩、はり、きゆう、柔道整復等営業法（昭和二十二年法律第二百十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　A part of Law for Business of Massage, Acupuncture, Moxa-Cautery, Judo-Orthopaedy, etc.(Law No.217, 1947) shall be amended as follows:
第十三條中「あん摩、はり、きゆう、柔道整復営業諮問委員会」を「あん摩、はり、きゆう、柔道整復営業審議会」に、同條及び第二十條中「委員会」を「審議会」に改める。
In Article 13 "consultative committee for the business of Massage, Acupuncture, Moxa-Cautery and Judo-Orthopaedy" shall be amended as "Council on Practice of Massage, Acupuncture, Moxa-Cautery&Judo-Orthopaedics" , and in the same Article and Article 20 "Committee" shall be amended as "Council" .
第五條　藥事法（昭和二十三年法律第百九十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 5.　A part of Pharmaceutical Affairs Law (Law No.197, 1948) shall be amended as follows:
「第三章　藥事委員会」を「第三章　藥事審議会」に改める。
"Chapter III National Board of Pharmacy" shall be amended as "Chapter III National Council on Pharmacy" .
第七條、第八條、第十條、第十九條、第三十條及び第五十二條中「藥事委員会」を「藥事審議会」に改める。
In Articles 7, 8, 10, 19, 30 and 52, "National Board of Pharmacy" shall be amended as "National Council on Pharmacy" .
第八條、第十一條、第十五條第二項及び第十六條から第十八條まで中「委員会」を「審議会」に改める。
In Articles 8 and 11, in paragraph 2 of Article 15 and in Articles 16 to 18 inclusive, "Board" shall be amended as "Council" .
第十條第一項中「小委員会」を「小審議会」に、「藥剤師國家試驗小委員会」を「藥剤師國家試驗小審議会」に、「公定書小委員会」を「公定書小審議会」に、「新医藥品小委員会」を「新医藥品小審議会」に、同條第二項中「特別小委員会」を「特別小審議会」に改める。
In paragraph 1 of Article 10, "subcommittees" , "National Pharmacist Examination Subcommittee" , "Official Compendium Subcommittee" and "New and Non-official Drug Subcommittee" shall be amended as respectively, "subcouncils" , "National Pharmacist Examination Subcouncil" , "Official Compendium Subcouncil" and "New and Non-official Drug Subcouncil" ;and in paragraph 2 of the same Article "special subcommittees" shall be amended as "special subcouncils" .
第六條　社会事業法（昭和十三年法律第九十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 6.　A part of Social Work Law (Law No.99, 1938) shall be amended as follows:
第七條、第八條及び第十三條中「中央社会事業委員会」を「中央社会事業審議会」に改める。
In Articles 7, 8 and 13, "Central Social Work Committee" shall be amended as "Central Social Work Council" .
第九條中「地方社会事業委員会」を「地方社会事業審議会」に改める。
In Article 9, "Local Social Work Committee" shall be amended as "Local Social Work Council" .
第七條　引揚援護廳設置令（昭和二十三年政令第百二十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 7.　A part of Repatriation Relief Agency Establishment Ordinance (Cabinet Order No.124, 1948) shall be amended as follows:
附則第一項を次のように改める。
Paragraph 1 of Supplementary Provisions shall be amended as follows:
この政令は、昭和二十三年五月三十一日から施行する。
This Cabinet Order shall come into force as from May 31, 1948.
