会社の配当する利益又は利息の支拂に関する法律
Law concerning Payment of Profits and Interests declared by Companies
１　会社がその株主（株式の質権者を含む。以下同じ。）に配当する利益又は利息は、株主名簿に記載した株主の住所又は株主が会社に通知した場所（以下住所等という。）において、これを支拂わなければならない。
Profits or interests declared by a company to its stockholders (including pledgee on stocks. Hereinafter the same) shall be paid at the domicile of stockholders stated on the list of stockholders or the place which has been notified of from stockholders (hereinafter referred to as domicile etc.).
２　前項の利益又は利息の支拂に要する費用は、会社の負担とする。但し、株主の責に帰すべき事由によつてその費用が増加したときは、その増加額は、株主の負担とする。
Expenses required for payment of profits or interests prescribed by the foregoing paragraph shall be borne by the company;provided, however, should the expenses be increased due to such causes liable to any stockholder, such increase shall be borne by such stockholder.
３　前二項の規定は、日本國（大藏大臣の指定する地域を除く。）に住所等を有しない株主に対する支拂については、これを適用しない。
The provisions of the foregoing two paragraphs shall not apply to the payment to stockholders who are not domiciled in Japan (excluding such area as may be designated by Minister of Finance).
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三十日を経過した日から、これを施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the lapse of thirty days from the day of its promulgation.
