I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendments to Law No.65 of 1947 (Law for Emergency Measures concerning the Compensation, etc. of Judges and others).

第一條　左に掲げる法律の附則中「昭和二十三年三月十五日」を「昭和二十三年五月三日」に改める。
Article 1.　In the supplementary provisions of the following Laws, "March 19, 1948" shall read "May 3, 1948" :
昭和二十二年法律第六十五号（裁判官の報酬等の應急的措置に関する法律）
Law No.65 of 1947 (the Law for Emergency Measures concerning the Compensation, etc. of Judges)
昭和二十二年法律第六十六号（檢察官の俸給等の應急的措置に関する法律）
Law No.66 of 1947 (the Law for Emergency Measures concerning the Compensation, etc. of Public Procurators)
第二條　左に掲げる法律の附則中「昭和二十三年三月十五日」を「昭和二十三年七月十五日」に改める。
Article 2.　In the supplementary provisions of the following Laws, "March 15, 1948" shall read "July 15, 1948" :

第三條　法務廳設置法の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The Law for Establishm nt of the Attorney-General's Office shall partially be amended as follows:
第十五條第一項中「昭和二十三年四月一日」を「昭和二十三年七月一日」に、同條第二項中「昭和二十三年三月三十一日」を「昭和二十三年六月三十日」に、「同年四月一日」を「同年七月一日」に改める。
In Article 15, Paragraph 1, "April 1, 1948" shall read "July 1, 1948" and in Paragraph 2 of the same Article, "March 31, 1948" and "April 1 of the same year" shall respectively read "June 30, 1948" and "July 1 of the same year" .
第四條　法務廳設置法第十條第五項第二号及び第三号中「少年裁判所」とあるのは、昭和二十三年六月三十日までは、これを「少年審判所」と読み替え、その後は「少年裁判所」に復するものとする。
Article 4.　"Juvenile court" mentioned in Article 10, Paragraph 5, Items 2 and 3 of the Law for Establishment of the Attorney-General's Office shall read "Juvenile Protection Office" up to June 30, 1948, and shall read "Juvenile Court" thereafter.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of is promulgation.
