審議経過

朕は、內務部內臨時職員設置制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hreby give My Sanction to the Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to Regulations governing Temporary Establishment of Personnel in Ministry for Home Affairs and Others and cause the same to be promulgated.

第一條　內務部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry for Home Affairs:
「專任五十八人」を「專任六十人」に、「專任百六十七人」を「專任百七十人」に、「專任七百五十二人」を「專任七百六十二人」に改める。
"58 (full time)" shall read "60 (full time)," "167 (full time)" shall read "170 (full time)" and "752 (full time)" shall read "762 (full time)."
第二條　東京都官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 2.　The following amendments are made to part of Regulations governing Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Tokyo Metropolis.
第一條ノ二中「專任二百九十七人以內」を「專任二百九十八人以內」に、「專任四千四十六人以內」を「專任四千四十八人以內」に改める。
In Article 1-(2), "not more than 297 (full time)" shall read "not more than 298 (full time)" and "not more than 4,046 (full time)" shall read "not more than 4,048 (full time)."
第三條　北海道廳官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 3.　The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Organizations and Functions of the Local Government of Hokkaido.
第一條ノ二中「專任三十一人以內」を「專任三十二人以內」に、「專任七百九十四人以內」を「專任七百九十七人以內」に改める。
In Article 1-(2), "not more than 31 (full time)" shall read "not more than 32 (full time)" and "not more than 794 (full time)" shall read "not more than 797 (full time)."
第四條　地方官官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 4.　The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Organizations and Functions of Prefectures.
第二條中「專任千六十六人以內」を「專任千百十人以內」に、「專任二萬七千二十五人以內」を「專任二萬七千百十二人以內」に改める。
In Article 2, "not more than 1,066 (full time)" shall read "not more than 1,110 (full time)" and "not more than 27,025 (full time)" shall read "not more than 27,112 (full time)."
第五條　都廳府縣等臨時職員等設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 5.　The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing Temporary Establishment of Personnel, etc., in To-Cho-Fu-Ken (Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido and Prefectures).
第一條中「專任三十二人」を「專任三十三人」に、「專任七人」を「專任八人」に、「專任五百六十五人」を「專任五百六十六人」に改める。
In Article 1, "32 (full time)" shall read "33 (full time)," "7 (full time)" shall read "8 (full time)" and "565 (full time)" shall read "566 (ful time)."
第一條ノ三中「專任三十八人」を「專任三十九人」に改める。
In Article 1-(3), "38 (full time)" shall read "39 (full time)."
第一條ノ四第一項中「專任五百八十八人」を「專任五百九十一人」に、「專任百五十四人」を「專任百五十八人」に、「專任五千四百二十四人」を「專任五千四百四十三人」に改める。
In Article 1-(4), Paragraph 1, "588 (full time)" shall read "591 (full time)," "154 (full time)" shall read "158 (full time)," and "5,424 (full time)" shall read 5,443 (full time)."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
