審議経過

朕は、遞信省官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Communications and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 359
第一條　遞信省官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 1.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Communications shall be amended as follows:
第十三條第一項中「專任百四十三人」を「專任百六十三人」に、「專任九千八百七十五人」を「專任一萬七百八十九人」に、「專任五人」を「專任八人」に、「專任百九十一人」を「專任二百三十三人」に、「專任七百人」を「專任九百二十五人」に改める。
In Article 13, Par. 1, "full time 143" shall read" full time 163," "full time 9,875" shall read "full time 10,789," "full time 5" shall read "full time 8," "full time 191" shall read "full time 233," and "full time 700" shall read "full time 925."
第二條　電氣試驗所官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 2.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Electro-Technical Laboratory shall be amended as follows:
第二條第一項中「專任七十四人」を「專任九十人」に、「專任二百六十三人」を「專任三百十六人」に、「專任一人」を「專任二人」に、「專任四十二人」を「專任四十九人」に改める。
In Article 2, Par. 1, "full time 74" shall read "full time 90," "full time 263" shall read "full time 316," "full time 1" shall read" full time 2," and" full time 42" shall read" full time 49."
第三條　遞信講習所官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 3.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Communication Training Schools shall be amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「專任五十四人」を「專任七十七人」に、「專任四百二十八人」を「專任四百八十六人」に改める。
In Article 3, Par. 1, "full time 54" shall read "full time 77," and "full time 428" shall read "full time 486."
第四條　無線電信講習所官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 4.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Wireless Training Schools shall be amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「專任二十一人」を「專任二十四人」に、「專任百四十二人」を「專任五十九人」に、「專任二人」を「專任一人」に、「專任二十人」を「專任十四人」に、「專任五人」を「專任三人」に改める。
In Article 3, Par. 1, "full time 21" shall read "full time 24," "full time 142" shall read "full time 59," "full time 2" shall read "full time 1." "full time 20" shall read "full time 14," and "full time 5" shall read "full time 3."
第五條　遞信局官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 5.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of Communications Bureaus shall be amended as follows:
第四條第一項中「專任百四十八人」を「專任百七十六人」に、「專任三千二百九十三人」を「專任三千六百七十一人」に、「專任二百二十一人」を「專任二百六十五人」に、「專任千二百九十五人」を「專任千七百四十二人」に改める。
In Article 4, Par. 1, "full time 148" shall read "full time 176," "full time 3,293" shall read "full time 3,671," "full time 221" shall read "full time 265," and "full time 1,295" shall read "full time 1,742."
第六條　通信官署官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 6.　A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of Communication Offices shall be amended as follows:
第七條第一項中「專任二百七十七人」を「專任二百九十六人」に、「專任四萬二千七百四十八人」を「專任四萬七千九百二十四人」に、「專任二百十九人」を「專任二百七十一人」に、「專任四千七百四十六人」を「專任五千五百三十二人」に改める。
In Article 7, Par. 1, "full time 277" shall read "full time 296," "full time 42,748" shall read "full time 47,924," "full time 219" shall read "full time 271," and "full time 4,746" shall read "full time 5,532."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
