I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Communications and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 359
Article 1. A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Communications shall be amended as follows:
In Article 13, Par. 1, "full time 143" shall read" full time 163," "full time 9,875" shall read "full time 10,789," "full time 5" shall read "full time 8," "full time 191" shall read "full time 233," and "full time 700" shall read "full time 925."
Article 2. A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Electro-Technical Laboratory shall be amended as follows:
In Article 2, Par. 1, "full time 74" shall read "full time 90," "full time 263" shall read "full time 316," "full time 1" shall read" full time 2," and" full time 42" shall read" full time 49."
Article 3. A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Communication Training Schools shall be amended as follows:
In Article 3, Par. 1, "full time 54" shall read "full time 77," and "full time 428" shall read "full time 486."
Article 4. A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Wireless Training Schools shall be amended as follows:
In Article 3, Par. 1, "full time 21" shall read "full time 24," "full time 142" shall read "full time 59," "full time 2" shall read "full time 1." "full time 20" shall read "full time 14," and "full time 5" shall read "full time 3."
Article 5. A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of Communications Bureaus shall be amended as follows:
In Article 4, Par. 1, "full time 148" shall read "full time 176," "full time 3,293" shall read "full time 3,671," "full time 221" shall read "full time 265," and "full time 1,295" shall read "full time 1,742."
Article 6. A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of Communication Offices shall be amended as follows:
In Article 7, Par. 1, "full time 277" shall read "full time 296," "full time 42,748" shall read "full time 47,924," "full time 219" shall read "full time 271," and "full time 4,746" shall read "full time 5,532."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
