政府職員の新給與実施に関する法律の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees
政府職員の新給與実施に関する法律（昭和二十三年法律第四十六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二條第六号を次のように改める。
Article 2 item (6) shall be amended as follows:
六　第二十六條の規定による職員の苦情の申立を受理し、及びこれを審査すること。
(6)　To receive and review appeals of employees as provided for in Article 26.
同條に次の一号を加える。
The following item shall be added to the same Article:
七　この法律の完全な実施を確保し、その責に任ずること
(7)　To secure perfect administration of this Law and to be responsible therefor.
第三條から第五條までを次のように改める。
Articles 3 to 5 inclusive shall be amended as follows:
第三條から第五條まで　削除
Articles 3 to 5 inclusive.　Deleted.
第九條第一項、第十一條第二項、第十二條、第二十五條及び第二十六條中「新給與実施本部長」を「人事院」に改める。
In Article 9 paragraph 1, Article 11 paragraph 2, and Articles 12, 25 and 26, "Chief of the Office of New Pay Administration" , shall be amended as "National Personnel Authority" .
第二十七條を次のように改める。
Article 27 shall be amended as follows:
第二十七條　削除
Article 27.　Deleted.
第二十八條中「新給與実施本部長」を「人事院」に改める。
In Article 28 "Chief of the Office of the New Pay Administration" , shall be amended as "National Personal Authority" .
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　総理府設置法（昭和二十四年法律第百二十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
2.　The Prime Minister's Office Establishment Law (Law No.127 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第十條中「新給與実施本部」を削る。
In Article 10, "Office of New Pay Administration" shall be deleted.
第十三條を次のように改める。
Article 13 shall be amended as follows:
第十三條　削除
Article 13.　Deleted.
３　行政機関職員定員法（昭和二十四年法律第百二十六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
3.　The law for the Fixed Number of Personnel in the Administrative Organs (Law No.126 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二條第一項総理府の欄中「本府　二、二六〇人」を「本府　二、二五四人」に、「計　五八、一三三人」を「計　五八、一二七人」に、合計の欄中「八七三、二三七人」を「八七三、二三一人」に改める。
In the column of Prime Minister's Office in Article 2 paragraph 1, "Office Proper 2,260" shall be amended as "Office Proper 2,254" and "Total 58,133" as "Total 58,127" , and in the column of Grand Total, "873,237" as "873,231" .
