I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees
The Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 2 item (6) shall be amended as follows:
(6) To receive and review appeals of employees as provided for in Article 26.
The following item shall be added to the same Article:
(7) To secure perfect administration of this Law and to be responsible therefor.
Articles 3 to 5 inclusive shall be amended as follows:
Articles 3 to 5 inclusive. Deleted.
In Article 9 paragraph 1, Article 11 paragraph 2, and Articles 12, 25 and 26, "Chief of the Office of New Pay Administration" , shall be amended as "National Personnel Authority" .
Article 27 shall be amended as follows:
In Article 28 "Chief of the Office of the New Pay Administration" , shall be amended as "National Personal Authority" .
Supplementary Provisions:
1. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2. The Prime Minister's Office Establishment Law (Law No.127 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 10, "Office of New Pay Administration" shall be deleted.
Article 13 shall be amended as follows:
3. The law for the Fixed Number of Personnel in the Administrative Organs (Law No.126 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In the column of Prime Minister's Office in Article 2 paragraph 1, "Office Proper 2,260" shall be amended as "Office Proper 2,254" and "Total 58,133" as "Total 58,127" , and in the column of Grand Total, "873,237" as "873,231" .
