Law for Adjustment of Laws relating to Labor pursuant to Enforcement of the National Government Organization Law
第一條　労働基準法（昭和二十二年法律第四十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The Labor Standards Law (Law No.49 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二十九條第二項中「專門委員会」を「專門審議会」に改める。
In Art.29 par.2, "Special Committee" shall be amended as "Special Deliberation Council."
第二十九條及び第三十條中「賃金委員会」を「賃金審議会」に改める。
In Arts.29 and 30, "Wage Board" shall be amended as "Wage Council."
第二十九條第一項及び第百條中「中央賃金委員会」を「中央賃金審議会」に、「地方賃金委員会」を「地方賃金審議会」に改める。
In Art.29 par.1 and Art.100, "Central Wage Board" and "Local Wage Board" shall be respectively amended as "The Central Wage Council" and "The Local Wage Council."
第七十四條及び第百條第一項中「技能者養成委員会」を「技能者養成審議会」に改める。
In Art.74 and Art.100 par.1, "Committee for the Training of Skilled Laborers" shall be amended as "The Apprenticeship Council."
第八十六條及び第百條第三項中「労働者災害補償審査委員会」を「労働者災害補償審査会」に改める。
In Art.86 and Art.100 par.3, "Appeal Board of Workmen's Accident Compensation (Shinso Iinkai)" shall be amended as "The Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance Appeal Committee."
第九十七條第四項中「労働基準局の職員の定員並びに」を削り、「、管轄区域及び職員の定員」を「及び管轄区域」に改める。
In Art.97 par.4, "The authorized number of officials of Labor Standards Bureau," shall be deleted and "administrative scope, and the authorized number of officials" shall be amended as "and administrative scope."
第九十八條及び第百條中「労働基準委員会」を「労働基準審議会」に改める。
In Arts.98 and 100, "Committee for Labor Standard" shall be amended as "Labor Standards Council."
第九十九條第四項及び第百條第一項中「労働基準監督官分限委員会」を「労働基準監督官分限審議会」に改める。
Art.99 par.4 and Art.100 par.1, "The Limitation Committee for Labor Standard Inspectors" shall be amended as "the Committee for the status of Labor Standards Inspectors."
第二條　労働者災害補償保險法（昭和二十二年法律第五十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance Law (Law No.50 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條、第五條及び第五十六條中「労働者災害補償保險委員会」を「労働者災害補償保險審議会」に改める。
In Arts.4, 5 and 56, "Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance Advisory Committee" shall be amended as "The Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance Council."
第三十五條第一項、第三十八條、第三十九條及び第四十一條中「保險審査機関」を「労働者災害補償保險審査会」に改める。
In Art.35 par.1, Arts.36, 39 and 41, "Insurance Examination Board" shall be amended as "The Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance Appeal Committee."
第三條　職業安定法（昭和二十二年法律第百四十一号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The Employment Security Law (Law No.141 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第八條第四項中「、職員の定員」を削る。
In Art.8 par.4, "the authorized number of personnel" shall be deleted.
第十二條中「職業安定委員会」を「職業安定審議会」に、「中央職業安定委員会」を「中央職業安定審議会」に、「都道府縣職業安定委員会」を「都道府縣職業安定審議会」に、「特別地区職業安定委員会」を「特別地区職業安定審議会」に、「地区職業安定委員会」を「地区職業安定審議会」に改める。
In Art.12, "Employment Security Advisory Committee," "National Employment Security Advisory Committee," "Prefectural Employment Security Advisory Committee," "Labor Market Area Employment Security Advisory Committee" and "Additional Employment Security Advisory Committee" shall be respectively amended as "The Employment Security Council," "The Central Employment Security Council," "Prefectural Employment Security Council," "The Labor-market-area Employment Security Council" and "The Additional Employment Security Council."
第三十二條及び第三十三條第二項中「中央職業安定委員会」を「中央職業安定審議会」に改める。
In Art.32 and Art.33 par.2, "National Employment Security Advisory Committee" shall be amended as "The Central Employment Security Advisory Committe."
第五十三條中「連絡委員会」を「連絡協議会」に改める。
In Art.33, "Interdepartmental Committee" shall be amended as "The Employment Service Coordination Conference."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十四年六月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from June 1, 1949.
