Article 1. The bonds issued before March 31 of 1948 and kept in custody for the benefit of depositors in accordance with provisions of the Postal Savings Law (Law No.144 of 1947)(hereinafter to be referred to as "disposition bonds" ) shall be sold, in place of the depositors, by the Ministry of Postal Services to the Deposit Bureau of Ministry of Finance, etc.;and the proceeds shall be credited to the ordinary deposit accounts or fixed deposit accounts to be specified by the marks and numbers of postal savings pass-books inscribed on the bond custody certificates or bond custody pass-books for the bonds. However, with regard to the disposition bonds for which return or sale has been applied by the depositors by August 31 of 1949, this provision shall not be applicable.
