審議経過

朕は、厚生省官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Official Organizations, etc. of the Ministry of Welfare and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 123
第一條　厚生省官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Art. 1.　A part of the Regulations governing the Official Organization of the Ministry of Welfare shall be amended as follows:
第三條及び第七條の二中「勤勞局」を「職業安定局」に改める。
In Arts. 3 and 7-(2), "Labor Bureau" shall read "Employment Security Bureau."
第十條　厚生省ニ左ノ職員ヲ置ク
Art. 10.　The Ministry of Welfare shall have the following personel:
厚生事務官
Welfare Secretaries:
專任六人　一級
Full-time 6 persons　1st class
專任二百八十二人　二級
,, ,, 282 ,,　2nd class
專任九百五十三人　三級
,, ,, 953 ,,　3rd class
厚生技官
Welfare Technicians:
專任三人　一級
Full-time 3 persons　1st class
專任千八百三十人　二級內二十八人ヲ一級ト爲スコトヲ得

第二條　厚生部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
Art. 2.　A part of the Regulations governing the Temporary Installation of officials in the Ministry of Welfare shall be amended as follows:
第四條中「勤勞局」を「職業安定局」に改める。
In Art. 4, "Labor Bureau" shall read "Employment Security Bureau."
第三條　引揚援護院官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Art. 3.　A part of the Regulations governing the Official Organization of the Repatriate Relief Board shall be amended as follows:
第二條厚生事務官の部中「 專任百五十六人　二級內二人ヲ一級ト爲スコトヲ得 專任三百十人　三級 」を「 專任七十九人　二級 專任百四十八人　三級 」に、同條厚生技官の部中「 專任百六十四人　二級內三人ヲ一級ト爲スコトヲ得 專任二百七十人　三級 」を「 專任六十人　二級內一人ヲ一級ト爲スコトヲ得 專任八十四人　三級 」に改める。
In Art. 2, Welfare Secretaries full-time 156 persons　2nd class { 2 of them may be made 1st class full-time 310 ,,　3rd class " shall read " full-time 79 persons　2nd class ,, ,, 148 ,,　3rd class and Welfare Technicians: " full-time 164 persons　1st class { 3 of them may be made 1st class ,, ,, 270 ,,　3rd class shall read " full-time 6021 persons　2nd class { 1 of them may be made 1st class ,, ,, 84 ,,　3rd class
第四條　人口問題研究所官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Art. 4.　A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Population Problem Research Institute shall be amended as follows:
第二條厚生技官の部中「專任四人」を「專任六人」に改める。
In Art. 2, Welfare Technicians "full-time 4 persons" shall read "full-time 6 persons."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
