朕は、帝國大学官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Regulations governing the Organization of Imperial Universities and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 93
第一條　帝國大学官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendment shall be made to the Organization Regulations for the Imperial University:
別表第一東北帝國大学の項文部敎官敎授の欄中「百四十一人」を「百四十三人」に、同項文部敎官助敎授の欄中「百二十一人」を「百二十三人」に、同項文部敎官三級の欄中「百九十六人」を「二百人」に、同表九州帝國大学の項文部事務官三級の欄中「四十八人」を「四十九人」に、同表大阪帝國大学の項文部敎官敎授の欄中「九十二人」を「九十三人」に、同項文部敎官助敎授の欄中「九十六人」を「九十七人」に、同項文部敎官三級の欄中「二百四人」を「二百六人」に、別表第三九州帝國大学附属工業專門部の項文部敎官敎授の欄中「七人」を「十人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「八人」を「十人」に改める。
Of the Annexed List No. 1, in the section of "Professor, Education Ministry Educational Official" under the item of "Tohoku Imperial University" "141" shall read "143"; in the section of "Assistant Professor, Education Ministry Educational Official, ibid.; "121" shall read "123"; in the section of "Education Ministry Educational Official, 3rd Class" "196" shall read "200"; in the section of "Education Ministry Secretary, 3rd Class" under the item of "Kyushu Imperial University" "48" shall read "49"; in the section of "Professor, Education Ministry Educational Official" under the item of "Osaka Imperial University" "92" shall read "93"; in the section of "Assistant Professor, Education Ministry Educational Official," ibid.; "96" shall read "97"; in the section of "Education Ministry Educational Official, 3rd Class" "204" shall read "206"; and of the Annexed List No. 3, in the section of "Professor, Education Ministry Educational Official" under the item of "Technical College Department attached to Kyushu Imperial University" "7" shall read "10" and in the section of "Education Ministry Educational Official, 3rd Class," ibid.; "8" shall read "10."
第二條　官立大学官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The following amendment shall be made to the Organization Regulations for the Government University:
第一條、第十三條、第十五條、第十六條及び別表第一中「東京產業大學」を「東京商科大學」に、同表東京工業大学の項文部事務官の三級の欄中「三十九人」を「四十人」に、別表第三中「東京產業大學豫科」を「東京商科大學豫科」に、「東京產業大學附屬商學專門部」を「東京商科大學附屬商學專門部」に、同表東京工業大学附属工業專門部の項文部敎官敎授の欄中「十六人」を「二十三人」に、同項文部敎官の三級の欄中「十四人」を「十九人」に改める。
"Tokyo University of Industry" in Articles 1, 13, 15 and 16 and Annexed List No. 1, shall read "Tokyo University of Commerce"; in the section of "Education Ministry Secretary, 3rd Class" under the item of "Tokyo University of Engineering" of Annexed List No. 1, "39" shall read "40"; of Annexed List No. 3, "Preparatory Course of Tokyo University of Industry" shall read "Preparatory Course of Tokyo University of Commerce" ibid.; "Commercial College Department attached to Tokyo University of Industry" shall read "Commercial College Department attached to Tokyo University of Commerce"; in the section of "Professor, Education Ministry Educational Official" under the item of "Technical College Department attached to Tokyo University of Engineering"; "16" shall read "23"; and in the section of "Education Ministry Educational Official, 3rd Class," ibid., "14" shall read "19."
第三條　敎員養成諸学校官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The following amendment shall be made to the Organization Regulations for Teacher Training Schools:
第二條及び第十二條中「東京產業大學」を「東京商科大學」に改める。
Of Articles 2 and 12, "Tokyo University of Industry" shall read "Tokyo University of Commerce."
第四條　公立学校官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　The following amendment shall be made to the Organization Regulations for the Public School:
第九條及び第十三條中「之ニ充ツ」を「之ニ充ツ但シ特別ノ必要アル場合ハ二級ノ文部敎官又ハ文部事務官ヲ以テ之ニ充ツルコトヲ得」に改める。
"But, if specially needed, it may be occupied by the Education Ministry Educational Official or Secretary, 2nd Class" shall be added to Articles 9 and 13.
第五條　東北帝國大学講座令の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 5.　The following amendment shall be made to the Ordinance regarding the Chairs to Tohoku Imperial University:
工学部の部中「鑛山學　　四講座」を「鑛山學　　六講座」に改める。
In the section of Engineering Depastment, "Mining......4 chairs" shall read "Mining......6 chairs."
第六條　大阪帝國大学講座令の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 6.　The following amendment shall be made to the Ordinance regarding the Chairs of Osaka Imperial University:
工学部の部中「熔接工學　　三講座」を「熔接工學　　四講座」に改める。
In the section of Engineering Department, "Welding Engineering......3 chairs" shall read "Welding Engineering......4 chairs."
第七條　昭和十五年勅令第二百七十八号の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 7.　Part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 278, 1940, shall be amended as follows:

附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この勅令施行の際、現に東京產業大学名誉敎授である者は、東京商科大学名誉敎授の名称を與えられたものとする。
Those who have the title of Honorary Professor of Tokyo University of Industry at the time of the enforcement of this Ordinance, shall be regarded as those who have been conferred the title of the Honorary Professor of Tokyo University of Commerce.
