審議経過

朕は、昭和二十一年勅令第四十二号朝鮮總督又は臺灣總督の醫師免許又は齒科醫師免許を受けた者に付ての國民醫療法施行令の特例に関する件の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the Imperial Ordinance No. 42 of 1946, regarding the Special Instance of the Enforcement Regulations for National Medical Treatment Act, relating to those who have received the Medical Practitioner's or Dentist's license issued by Governor-General of Chosen or Taiwan, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 19
昭和二十一年勅令第四十二号の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Imperial Ordinance No. 42, 1946 shall be revised as follows:
第一條中「朝鮮総督又は台湾総督の医師免許又ハ歯科医師免許ヲ受ケタル者」を「朝鮮総督若ハ台湾総督ノ医師免許若ハ歯科医師免許ヲ受ケタル者、満洲國駐劄特命全権大使ノ医師免許ヲ受ケタル者又ハ満洲國ニ於テ地域若ハ期間ヲ限ラレザル医師免許若ハ齒科医師免許ヲ受ケタル日本國民」に改める。
In Article 1, "Persons licenced as medical practitioners or dentists by Governor-General of Chosen or Taiwan," shall read "Persons licenced as medical practitioners or dentists by Governor-General of Chosen or Taiwan, persons licenced as medical practitioner by the Envoy Extraordinary and Ambassador Plenipotentiary to Manchoukuo, or Japanese nation licenced as medical practitioners or dentists unlimited in place or term in Manchoukuo."
第二條　前條ノ者ハ当分ノ間命令ノ定ムル所ニ依リ医師國家試驗予備試驗委員又ハ歯科医師國家試驗予備試驗委員ノ行フ試驗ヲ受クルコトヲ得
Article 2.　Persons under the preceding Article may temporarily take an examination given by the Preliminary Examination Committee for Medical Practitioners' State Examination or the Preliminary Examination Committee for Dentists' State Examination.
前項ノ試驗ニ合格シタル者ニ対シテハ國民医療法施行令第一條第一項又ハ第二條第一項ノ規定ニ拘ラズ医師免許又ハ歯科医師免許ヲ與フ
Persons who passed the examination under the preceding paragraph may be licenced as medical practitioners or dentists, in spite of the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 1 or Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Regulations of National Medical Treatment Act.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
医師國家試驗予備試驗委員官制の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Preliminary Examination Committee for Medical Practitioners State Examination shall be amended as follows:
第一條中「医師國家試驗予備試驗（以下予備試驗ト称ス）ニ関スル事務及昭和二十一年勅令第四十二号第一條ニ規定スル銓衡（以下銓衡ト称ス）ニ関スル事務」を「医師國家試驗予備試驗（以下予備試驗ト称ス）ニ関スル事務、昭和二十一年勅令第四十二号第一條ニ規定スル銓衡（以下銓衡ト称ス）ニ関スル事務及同令第二條ニ規定スル試驗（以下試驗ト称ス）ニ関スル事務」に改める。
第五條乃至第七條中「予備試驗及銓衡」を「予備試驗、銓衡及試驗」に改める。
歯科医國家試驗予備試驗委員官制の一部を次のように改正する。
第一條中「歯科医師國家試驗予備試驗（以下予備試驗ト称ス）ニ関スル事務及昭和二十一年勅令第四十二号ニ規定スル銓衡（以下銓衡ト称ス）ニ関スル事務」を「歯科医師國家試驗予備試驗（以下予備試驗ト称ス）ニ関スル事務、昭和二十一年勅令第四十二号第一條ニ規定スル銓衡（以下銓衡ト称ス）ニ関スル事務及同令第二條ニ規定スル試驗（以下試驗ト称ス）ニ関スル事務」に改める。
第五條乃至第七條中「予備試驗及銓衡」を「予備試驗、銓衡及試驗」に改める。
