審議経過

朕は、內務省官制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Home Affairs and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 6
第一條　內務省官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Home Affairs:
第三條中「專任三十一人」を「專任三十三人」に、「專任六人」を「專任八人」に、「專任百八人」を「專任百十四人」に改める。
In Article 3, "31, full-time" shall read "33, full-time"; "6, full-time" shall read "8, full-time"; and "108, full-time" shall read "114, full-time."
第二條　內務部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry for Home Affairs:
「專任八十一人」を「專任七十七人」に、「專任千百十八人」を「專任千百九人」に改める。
"81, full-time" shall read "77, full-time"; and "1,118, full-time" shall read "1,109, full-time."
第三條　都市計画委員会官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the City Planning Committee:
第十七條第一項中「 地方事務官 專任十九人　二級 專任七十七人　三級 地方技官 專任六十二人　二級 專任二百三人　三級 」を「 地方事務官又は地方技官 專任八十九人　二級 專任二百九十六人　三級 」に改める。
In Article 17, paragraph 1: "Secretary of Local Government 19, full-time　2nd rank 77, full-time　3rd rank Technical Official of Local Government 62, full-time　2nd rank 203, full-time　3rd rank" shall read "Secretary of Local Government or Technical Official of Local Government 89, full-time　2nd rank 296, full-time　3rd rank "
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
