I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Abrogation of the Important Fertilizer Industry Control Law and Others.

Law No.134
重要肥料業統制法及び日本輸出農産物株式会社法は、これを廃止する。
The Important Fertilizer Industry Control Law and the Japan Agricultural Product Export Joint-Stock Company Law shall hereby be abrogated.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この法律施行前になした行爲に対する罰則の適用については、旧法は、この法律施行後も、なおその効力を有する。
With respect to the application of the penalty provisions to the acts done prior to the enforcement of the present Law, the old Law shall remain in force even after the enforcement of the present Law.
