審議経過

朕は、運輸省官制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Imperial Ordinance governing the Organization of Ministry of Transportation and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 510
第一條　運輸省官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 1.　The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation.
第十八條中「 專任三十六人 專任九十五人 」を「 專任三十七人 專任九十八人 」に改める。
In Art. 18, "36 (full-time) 95 (full-time) " shall read " 37 (full-time) 98 (full-time) "
第二條　運輸部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 2.　The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Transportation.
第六條第二號中「 專任三十三人 專任五十七人 」を「 專任三十八人 專任六十二人 」に改める。
In Art. 6, Item 2, "33 (full-time) 57 (full-time) " shall read " 38 (full-time) 62 (full-time) "
第三條　海運局官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 3.　The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of Maritime Bureaus:
第四條中「掌理シ其ノ管轄內ノ船員職業紹介所ヲ監督ス」を「掌理ス」に改める。
In Art. 4, "administer and supervise the Seamen's Employment Agencies within his jurisdiction" shall read "administer"
第四條　船員職業紹介所官制は、これを廢止する。
Art. 4.　The Regulations governing the Organization of Seamen's Employment Agencies shall be abrogated.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
