朕は、大藏省官制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the Regulations governing the Official Organization of the Ministry of Finance and Others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 431
第一條　大藏省官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 1.　A part of the Ordinance regarding the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Finance shall be amended as follows:
第九條第一項大藏事務官の部中「專任四十四人」を「專任五十三人」に、「專任二百三十二人」を「專任二百九十六人」に、同項大藏技官の部中「專任七人」を「專任八人」に、「專任十三人」を「專任十四人」に改める。
In Article 9, Paragraph 1, regarding the number of secretaries of the Ministry of Finance, "44 full-time" shall read "63 full-time"; "232 full-time" shall read "296 full-time" and in the same Paragraph, regarding the number of technical officials of the Ministry of Finance, "7 full-time" shall read "8 full-time"; and "18 full-time" shall read "14 full-time".
第二條　大藏部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 2.　A part of the Ordinance regarding the appointment of the temporary personnel of the Ministry of Finance shall be amended as follows:
第一條大藏事務官の部中「專任八十五人」を「專任七十六人」に、「專任二百五十八人」を「專任百九十九人」に、同條大藏技官の部中「專任九人」を「專任八人」に、「專任四人」を「專任三人」に改める。
In Article 1, regarding the number of secretaries of the Ministry of Finance, "85 full-time" shall read "76 full-time"; "258 full-time" shall read "199 full-time"; and in the same Article, regarding the number of techical officials of the Ministry of Finance, "9 full-time" shall read "8 full-time"; and "4 full-time" shall read "3 full-time".
第三條　財務局官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 3.　A part of the Ordinance regarding the Regulations governing the official organization of the Regional Financial Bureau shall be amended as follows:
第三條大藏事務官の部中「專任七百六十七人」を「專任八百八人」に改める。
In Article 3, regarding the number of secretaries of the Ministry of Finance, "767 full-time" shall read "808 full-time".
第四條　稅務署官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 4.　A part of the Ordinance regarding the Regulations governing the official organization of the taxation office shall be amended as follows:
第二條大藏事務官の部中「專任三百三十九人」を「專任四百三十八人」に、「專任八千七百十一人」を「專任九千三百七十三人」に改める。
In Aritcle 2, regarding the number of secretaries of the Ministry of Finance, "339 full-time" shall read "438 full-time"; and "8711 full-time" shall read "9373 full-time".
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
