国家公務員法等の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the National Public Service Law, Etc.
第一條　国家公務員法（昭和二十二年法律第百二十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The National Public Service Law (Law No.120 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二條第三項中第十三号を第十五号とし、以下二号ずつ繰り下げ、第十二号の次に次の二号を加える。
In Article 2 paragraph 3, item 13 shall be made item 15, the succeeding items shall be moved down by two and the following two items shall be added next to item 12:

第二條　特別職の職員の給與に関する法律（昭和二十四年法律第二百五十二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　The Law concerning Compensation for National Public Service Personnel in the Special Government Service (Law No.252 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第一條第二十三号の次に次の二号を加える。
The following two items shall be added next to Article 1 item (23):
二十三の二　国会職員
(23)-2　Diet personnel;
二十三の三　国会議員の秘書
(23)-3　Secretaries to Diet members;
第十條の次に次の二條を加える。

(Compensation of Diet Personnel)
第十條の二　第一條第二十三号の二に掲げる特別職の職員の受ける給與の種類、額、支給條件及び支給方法は、国会職員法（昭和二十二年法律第八十五号）及び同法第二十五條の規定に基く国会職員給與規程の定めるところによる。
Article 10-(2).　The kind and amount of compensation and conditions and procedures of its payment for the personnel in the special government service enumerated in Article 1 item (23)-2 shall be as provided for by the Diet Secretariat Personnel Law (Law No.85 of 1947) and the Regulations for Pay of Diet Personnel based on the provision of Article 25 of the same Law.

(Compensation of Secretaries to Diet Members)
第十條の三　第一條第二十三号の三に掲げる特別職の職員の受ける給與の額、支給條件及び支給方法は、国会議員の歳費、旅費及び手当等に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第八十号）及び同法第十三條の規定に基く国会議員の歳費、旅費及び手当等支給規程の定めるところによる。
Article 10-(3).　The amount of compensation, and conditions and procedures of its payment for the personnel in the special government service enumerated in Article 1 item (23)-3 shall be as provided for by the Law for Annual Payment, Travelling Expenses and Other Allowances of the Members of the Houses (Law No.80 of 1947) and the Regulations concerning the Payment of Annual Compensation, Travelling Expenses and Allowances of Members of the Diet based on the provision of Article 13 of the same Law.
第三條　一般職の職員の給與に関する法律（昭和二十五年法律第九十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　The Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.95 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
第七條中「衆議院議長、参議院議長、」を削る。
In Article 7, "The Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President of the House of Councillors," shall be deleted.
第十三條中「又は国会職員法第二十五條及び同條の規定による国会職員給與規程」を削る。
In Article 13, ", or Article 25 of the Diet Personnel Law, and the Regulations for Pay of Diet Personnel as provided for in the same Article" shall be deleted.
第四條　一般職の職員の給與に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（昭和二十五年法律第二百九十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　The Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.299 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
附則中第十項を削り、第十一項を第十項とする。
In the Supplementary Provisions, paragraph 10 shall be deleted and paragraph 11 shall be made paragraph 10.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十七年一月一日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1952.
２　この法律による改正規定により支給する国会職員の給與の総額は、予算の範囲をこえないものとする。
2　The total amount of compensation for Diet personnel to be paid under the provisions amended by this Law shall not exceed the limit of the budget.
