Article 1. The Industrial Equipment Corporation Law (Law No.92 of 1941) shall lose its effect on the day that comes sooner, either December 31, 1952 or the day when the special liquidator has effected the registration of conclusion of the special liquidation of the Industrial Equipment Corporation in accordance with the provision of Article 19-(4) of the Closed Institution Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.74 of 1947).
Article 2. The Trade Corporation Law (Law No.26 of 1943) shall lose its effect on the day that comes sooner, either June 30, 1951 or the day when the special liquidator has effected the registration of conclusion of the special liquidation of the Trade Corporation in accordance with the provision of Article 19-(4) of the Closed Institution Ordinance.
Article 3. The Industrial Equipment Corporation and the Trade Corporation may not perform any business other than those within the limits necessary to enforce the special liquidation as provided for in Article 8-(2) paragraph 1 of the Closed Institution Ordinance.
Article 4. After the enforcement of this Law, neither the Industrial Equipment Corporation nor the Trade Corporation shall be established on the basis of the Industrial Equipment Corporation Law or the Trade Corporation Law.
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
１ この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２ 交易営団解散令（昭和二十一年勅令第三百三十号）は、廃止する。
2. The Trade Corporation Dissolution Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.330 of 1946) shall be abolished.
