I hereby promulgate the Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Art.12, par.3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply.

農業災害補償法第十二條第三項の規定の適用を除外する法律
Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Art.12, par.3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply
農業災害補償法（昭和二十二年法律第百八十五号）第十二條第一項の規定により食糧管理特別会計が負担する昭和二十三年度及び昭和二十四年度の農作物共済の共済掛金に係る負担金は、同條第三項の規定にかかわらず、食糧を消費する者に負担させないようにするものとする。
With respect to part of mutual relief money due to the mutual relief work concerning crops, which the Food Control Special Accounts, in accordance with the provision of Art.12, par.1 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law (Law No.185 of 1947) defrayed and shall defray in 1948 and 1949, it shall be so arranged that the same shall not be charged to consumers of food, in spite of the provision of par.3 of the same Article.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
