電波物理研究所を電氣試驗所に統合する法律

Law concerning Merger of the Physical Institute of Radio Waves with the Electro-Technical Laboratory

１　電波物理研究所官制（昭和十七年勅令第三百七十四号）は、これを廃止する。

1.　The Regulations governing the Organization of the Physical Institute of Radio Waves (Imperial Ordinance No.374, 1942) shall be abrogated.

２　文部省官制（昭和十七年勅令第七百四十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。

2.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Education (Imperial Ordinance No.748, 1942):

第六條第七号中「、電波物理研究所」を削る。

In Item 7 Article 6, "the Physical Institute of Radio Waves" shall be deleted.

３　電氣試驗所官制（大正七年勅令第二百十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。

3.　The following partial amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Electro-Technical Laboratory (Imperial Ordinance No.219, 1918):

第五條中「支所又ハ出張所」を「支所、出張所又ハ觀測所」に改め、同條第二項として次のように加える。

In Article 5, "branch offices or agencies" shall read "branch offices, agencies or observatories" , and as Paragraph 2 of the same Article, the following shall be added:

前項ノ支所、出張所又ハ觀測所ノ設置ニ付テハ地方自治法第百五十六條第四項ノ規定ノ適用ヲ妨ゲズ

With reference to the establishment of branch offices, agencies or observatories, Paragraph 4 of Article 156 of the Local Autonomy Law may apply.

附　則

Supplementary Provisions:

１　この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。

1.　The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.

２　この法律施行の際、現に電波物理研究所に属する施設は、これを電氣試驗所に移管する。

2.　All the equipment and property which belong to the Physical Institute of Radio Waves at the time of the promulgation of the present Law, shall be transferred to the Electro-Technical Laboratory.
