審議経過

朕は、運輸部內臨時職員等設置制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance relating to partial amendments of the Regulations concerning Establishment of Temporary Personnel and Others in the Ministry of Transportation, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 151
第一條　運輸部內臨時職員等設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　Partial amendments to the Regulations concerning Establishment of Temporary Personnel and Others in the Ministry of Transportation shall be made as follows:
第六條第一号中「專任十三人」を「專任九人」に改める。
In Article 6, item 1, "Full-time 13 persons" shall read "Full-time 9 persons."
第二條　海運局官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　Partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Bureau of Marine Transportation shall be made as follows:
第一條第一項第五号乃至第八号及び同條第二項を削る。
Article 1. paragraph 1, items 5 to 8 (inclusive) and paragraph 2 of the same Article shall be deleted.
第三條第一項中「專任五百五十八人」を「專任五百三十九人」に、「 專任六十六人 專任百三十九人 」を「 專任五十一人 專任百十二人 」に改める。
In Article 3, paragraph 1, "Full-time 558 persons" shall read "Full-time 539 persons," and "Full-time 66 persons, Full-time 139 persons " shall read " Full-time 51 persons, Full-time 112 persons ."
第四條但書及び第六條第三項を削る。
The proviso of Article 4 and Article 6, paragraph 3 shall be deleted.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
