I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance relating to partial amendments of the Regulations concerning Establishment of Temporary Personnel and Others in the Ministry of Transportation, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 151
Article 1. Partial amendments to the Regulations concerning Establishment of Temporary Personnel and Others in the Ministry of Transportation shall be made as follows:
In Article 6, item 1, "Full-time 13 persons" shall read "Full-time 9 persons."
Article 2. Partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Bureau of Marine Transportation shall be made as follows:
Article 1. paragraph 1, items 5 to 8 (inclusive) and paragraph 2 of the same Article shall be deleted.
In Article 3, paragraph 1, "Full-time 558 persons" shall read "Full-time 539 persons,"
and "Full-time 66 persons,
" shall read "
."
The proviso of Article 4 and Article 6, paragraph 3 shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
