石油配給公團法等の一部を改正する法律をここに公布する。
I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendments to the Petroleum Distribution Kodan Law and others.

第一條　石油配給公團法の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　A part of the Petroleum Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「六千万円」を「三千万円」に改める。
In Art.3, Par.1, "60,000,000 yen" shall read "30,000,000 yen."
第二十三條第八項乃至第十項を削る。
Art.23, Pars.8 to 10 inclusive shall be deleted.
第二十四條中「、第五項又は第八項」を「又は第五項」に改める。
In Article 24, "Par.5 or Par.8" shall read "or Par.5."
第二條　配炭公團法の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　A part of the Solid Fuel Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「三億円」を「二億円」に改める。
In Art.3, Par.1, "300,000,000 yen" shall read "200,000,000 yen."
第三條　産業復興公團法の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 3.　A part of the Industrial Reconstruction Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
第二十四條第八項乃至第十項を削る。
Art.24, Pars.8 to 10 inclusive shall be deleted.
第二十五條中「、第五項又は第八項」を「又は第五項」に改める。
In Art.25, Par.5 or "Par.8" shall read "or Par.5."
第四條　貿易公團法の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 4.　A part of the Foreign Trade Kodan Law shall be amended as follows:
第四條第一項中「三千万円」を「二千万円」に、「二千万円」を「千五百万円」に改める。
In Art.4, Par.1, "30,000,000 yen" and "20,000,000 yen" shall read "20,000,000 yen" and "15,000,000 yen" respectively.
第五條　肥料配給公團令の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 5.　A part of the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Ordiance shall be amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「六千五百万円」を「五千万円」に改める。
In Art.3, Par.1, "65,000,000 yen" shall read "50,000,000 yen."
第二十三條第八項乃至第十項を削る。
Art.23, Pars.8 to 10 inclusive shall be deletde.
第二十四條中「、第五項又は第八項」を「又は第五項」に改める。
In Art.24, "Par.5 or Par.8" shall read "or Par.5."
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
第六條　この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
Article 6.　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
第七條　石油配給公團、配炭公團、貿易公團及び肥料配給公團は、この法律施行の日から二箇月以内に、改正規定による基本金の金額を超えて出資を受けている部分に相当する金額を國庫に納付しなければならない。
Article 7.　The Petroleum Distribution Kodan, the Solid Fuel Distribution Kodan, the Foreign Trade Kodan and the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan shall, within two months after this Law is put into effect, return to the National Treasury the amount of fixed capitals which exceeds the new amount of respective fixed capitals.
