審議経過

朕は、運輸部內臨時職員設置制の一部を改正する等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Transportation, etc. and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 601
第一條　運輸部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　Following amendments shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Transportation:
第一條中第三号を第四号とし、第二号の次に次の一号を加える。
Item 3 of Article 1 shall read item 4 and next to item 2, the following item shall be added:
三　臨時船員補修敎育ノ事務ニ從事スル者
3.　Those who are to engage in provisional education of Mariners.

第三條　臨時船員補修敎育ノ事務ニ從事セシムル爲海務学院、高等商船学校、海技專門学院、商船学校及海員養成所ニ通ジテ左の職員ヲ增置ス
Article 3.　The following officials shall, in addition, be assigned for the Maritime Institute, the Nautical College, the Marine Technical School, the Mercantile Marine School and the Seamen's Training School in order to conduct the provisional supplementary education of Mariners:

第二條　海員養成所官制の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 2.　Following amendment shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance governing the Organization of Seamen's Training School:
第三條第一項中「 專任二十三人 專任五十八人 」を「 專任十八人 專任三十人 」に改める。
In paragraph 1 of Article 3 " 23 persons (full-time)" shall read "18 persons (full-time)" and "58 persons (full-time)" shall read "30 persons (full-time) ."
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
昭和二十一年十二月三十一日までは、運輸部內臨時職員設置制第三條の改正規定にかかわらず、二級の運輸敎官は、專任二十六人を以て定員とする。
In so far as 2nd class technical officials of the Transportation Ministry are concerned, the regular personnel thereof in full-time employment shall be 26 until the December 31, 1946, irrespective of Article 3 of the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Transportation.
