審議経過

朕は、昭和二十一年法律第二十八號（市制の一部を改正する法律）及び昭和二十一年法律第二十九號（町村制の一部を改正する法律）の施行期日を定める勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance fixing the Enforcement date of the Law No. 28 of the twenty-first year of Showa (the Law mending a Part of the Law concerning the Organization of Cities) and of the Law No. 29 of the twenty-first year of Showa (the Law amending a Part of the Law concerning the Organization of Towns and Villages) and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 466
昭和二十一年法律第二十八號及び昭和二十一年法律第二十九號は、これらの法律中公民權に關する規定（名譽職に關する規定を含む。）及び市町村會議員の選擧に關する規定（昭和二十一年法律第二十八號附則第十項及び第十一項竝びに昭和二十一年法律第二十九號附則第八項及び第九項の規定を除く。）を除き、昭和二十一年十月五日から、これを施行する。
Law No. 28 of the twenty-first year of Showa and Law No. 29 of the twenty-first year of Showa shall, with the exception of the provisions of the same Laws in respect to civic right (including the provisions of unpaid office) and in respect to the election of the members of the assembly of a city town or village (excepting the provisions of Pars. 10 and 11 of the Additional Provisions of Law No. 28 of the twenty-first year of Showa and of Pars. 8 and 9 of Law No. 29 of the twenty-first year of Showa), come into force as from October 5, 1946.
