I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the abrogation of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Investigation Council for the War and cause the same to be promulgated.

戰爭調査會官制は、これを廢止する。
The Regulations governing the Organization of the Investigation Council for the War shall be abrogated.

Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
親任官及諸官級別令の一部を次のように改正する。
A part of the Ordinance concerning the classification of Shinnin rank and other official ranks shall be amended as follows:
親任官及諸官級別表內閣の部中戰爭調査會事務局長官の項を削る。
In Cabinet section of the table of the classification of Shinnin rank and other official ranks the item of Director General of the Secretariat of the Investigation Council for the War shall be deleted.
