Imperial Ordinance No. 454
The Regulations governing the Organization of the Investigation Council for the War shall be abrogated.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
A part of the Ordinance concerning the classification of Shinnin rank and other official ranks shall be amended as follows:
In Cabinet section of the table of the classification of Shinnin rank and other official ranks the item of Director General of the Secretariat of the Investigation Council for the War shall be deleted.
