審議経過

朕は、昭和十一年勅令第三百五十二號貿易組合法又は重要輸出品取締法による檢閱の手數料に關する件の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the partial amendments made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 352 of 1936 and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第三百三十八號
Imperial Ordinance No. 338
昭和十一年勅令第三百五十二號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendment shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 352 of 1936:
第一條中「又ハ重要輸出品取締法第三條」を「、輸出絹織物取締法第一條ノ二又ハ重要輸出品取締法第三條」に改める。
In Article 1, "or Article 3 of the Control of Staple Export Commodities Law" shall read "Article 1-(bs) 2 of the Export Silk Fabrics Control Law or Article 3 of the Control of Staple Export Commodities Law."
第二條に次の但書を加へる。
In Article 2, the proviso shall read
但シ命令ノ定ムル所ニ依リ現金ヲ以テ之ヲ納ムルコトヲ得
"Provided that it may be paid with cash in accordance with the provisions provided for by Order."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
