I hereby give My Sanction to the partial amendments made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 352 of 1936 and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 338
The following amendment shall be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 352 of 1936:
In Article 1, "or Article 3 of the Control of Staple Export Commodities Law" shall read "Article 1-(bs) 2 of the Export Silk Fabrics Control Law or Article 3 of the Control of Staple Export Commodities Law."
In Article 2, the proviso shall read
"Provided that it may be paid with cash in accordance with the provisions provided for by Order."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
