朕は、厚生省官制等の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give my sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations of official organization of the Ministry of Welfare and others and cause the said Ordinance to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 310
第一條　厚生省官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 1.　A part of the system of official organization of the Ministry of Welfare shall be amended as follow:
第八條ノ二を削る。
Article 8-(bis) 2 is deleted.
第十條厚生事務官の部中「專任五十二人」を「專任五十一人」に、「專任百九十人」を「專任百八十六人」に、同條厚生技官の部中「專任四十一人」を「專任三十四人」に、「專任二十二人」を「專任十四人」に改める。
In Article 10, of secretaries of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 52" shall read "full time 51," "full time 190" shall read "full time 186," and of technical officials of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 41" shall read "full time 34," "full time 22" shall read "full time 14."
第二條　厚生部內臨時職員設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Article 2.　A part of the system of official organization of establishing temporary personnel in the Ministry of Welfare shall be amended as follows:
第三條　削除
Article 3　is deleted.
第四條厚生事務官の部中「專任十五人」を「專任十七人」に、同條厚生技官の部中「專任一人　二級」を「 專任二人　二級 專任一人　三級 」に改める。
In Article 4, of secretaries of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 15" shall read "full time 17," and of technical officials of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 1 in Second class" shall read "full time 2　in Second class, full time 1　in third class ."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
