I hereby give my sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations of official organization of the Ministry of Welfare and others and cause the said Ordinance to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 310
Article 1. A part of the system of official organization of the Ministry of Welfare shall be amended as follow:
Article 8-(bis) 2 is deleted.
In Article 10, of secretaries of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 52" shall read "full time 51," "full time 190" shall read "full time 186," and of technical officials of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 41" shall read "full time 34," "full time 22" shall read "full time 14."
Article 2. A part of the system of official organization of establishing temporary personnel in the Ministry of Welfare shall be amended as follows:
In Article 4, of secretaries of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 15" shall read "full time 17," and of technical officials of the Ministry of Welfare, "full time 1 in Second class" shall read
"full time 2 in Second class,
full time 1 in third class
."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
