MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
SUBJECT	Disposition of Properties Belonging to Dissolved Organizations

1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 386.7 (1 Mar 48) CPC/CD, SCAPIN 1868, 1 March 1948, subject, “Disposition of Properties Belonging to Dissolved Organizations,” from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, as amended.
2. All controls and responsibilities in connection with the disposition of Dissolved Organizations properties are hereby relinquished to the Japanese Government.
3. Procedural detail set forth in reference memorandum will be adhered to by the Japanese Government; however reports previously required to be submitted to the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers under terms of reference memorandum henceforth will no longer be required.
