農林漁業資金融通特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Loans Special Account Law
農林漁業資金融通特別会計法（昭和二十六年法律第百六号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Loans Special Account Law (Law No.106 of 1951) shall be amended as follows:
第十二條中「第三條に規定する資本の額の範囲内で」を削り、「資金運用部」を「資金運用部又は米国対日援助見返資金特別会計」に改める。
In Article 12, "not exceeding the amount of the capital prescribed in Article 3" shall be deleted, and "the Trust Fund Bureau" shall be amended as "the Trust Fund Bureau or the Special Account for Counterpart Fund of U. S. Aid to Japan" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十七年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1952.
