食糧管理特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Food Management Special Account Law
食糧管理特別会計法（大正十年法律第三十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Food Management Special Account Law (Law No.37 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows:
第六條第一項中「食糧管理法（昭和十七年法律第四十号）第三十條ノ三第五項ノ規定ニ依ル納付金、」を削り、「検査」の下に「（農産物検査法（昭和二十六年法律第百四十四号）ノ規定ニ依ル農産物ノ検査ヲ含ム）」を加え、「食糧配給公団ヘノ交付金、」を削り、同條第二項中「価格調整補給金」の下に「及農産物検査法ノ規定ニ依ル農産物ノ検査経費」を加える。
In Article 6 paragraph 1, "Money paid under the provision of Article 30-(3) paragraph 5 of the Foodstuff Control Law (Law No.40 of 1942)," shall be deleted, "(including inspection of the agricultural products under the provisions of the Agricultural Products Inspection Law (Law No.144 of 1951))" shall be added next to "inspection" , and "grants to the Foodstuff Distribution Kodan (government corporation)," shall be deleted;and in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "and the inspection of the agricultural products under the provisions of the Agricultural Products Inspection Law" shall be added next to "the price adjustment of imported foodstuff" .
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十七年四月一日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1952.
２　食糧配給公団の清算人は、同公団の残余財産のうち、政府が昭和二十三年度において食糧管理特別会計から同公団に対して交付した交付金の金額から、当該交付金の財源として同年度において一般会計から食糧管理特別会計に繰り入れられた金額に相当する金額と、食糧管理法（昭和十七年法律第四十号）第三十條ノ三第五項の規定により同年度及び昭和二十四年度において同公団から食糧管理特別会計に納付した金額に相当する金額との合計額を差し引いた残額に達するまでの金額に相当する金額を、大蔵大臣の定める日までに、政府に納付しなければならない。
2　The Liquidator of the Foodstuff Distribution Kodan shall, by the day designated by the Minister of Finance, pay to the Government the amount corresponding to the rest remaining after deducting the amount transferred from the General Account to the Food Management Special Account as the financial resources of the grants concerned in the fiscal year 1948-49 and the amount paid to the Food Management Special Account under the provision of Article 30-(3) paragraph 5 of the Foodstuff Control Law (Law No.40 of 1942) by the same Kodan in the fiscal year 1948-49 and the fiscal year 1949-50 from the amount of grants given to the same Kodan from the Food Management Special Account in the fiscal year 1948-49 by the Government.
３　前項の規定による納付金は、食糧管理特別会計法第六條の規定にかかわらず、食糧管理特別会計の歳入とする。
3　Regardless of the provisions of Article 6 of the Food Management Special Account, the money paid under the provision of the preceding paragraph shall be the revenue of the Food Management Special Account.
