ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基く賠償庁関係諸命令の措置に関する法律をここに公布する。
I hereby promulgate the Law for Disposition of Orders under the Reparations Agency based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning Orders to be Issued in consequence of Acceptance of Potsdam Declaration.

Law for Disposition of Orders under the Reparations Agency Based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to be Issued in Consequence of Acceptance of Potsdam Declaration
（朝鮮総督府交通局共済組合の本邦内にある財産の整理に関する政令の一部改正）
(Partial amendments to Cabinet Order concerning Liquidation of Property in Japan of the Mutual Aid Association of Transportation Bureau of Government General of Korea)
第一條　朝鮮総督府交通局共済組合の本邦内にある財産の整理に関する政令（昭和二十六年政令第四十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
Article 1.　The Cabinet Order concerning Liquidation of Property in Japan of the Mutual Aid Association of Transportation Bureau of Government General of Korea (Cabinet Order No.40 of 1951) shall be partially amended as follows:
第一條中「連合国最高司令官の要求に基き、」を削る。
In Article 1, "in pursuance of the directive from the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers," shall be deleted.

第二條　前條に規定する命令は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日以後も、法律としての効力を有するものとする。
Article 2.　The Order provided for in the preceding Article shall remain valid as the law even after the enforcement of this Law.
（特定財産管理令の廃止）
(Abolition of the Specific Property Custody Ordinance)
第三條　特定財産管理令（昭和二十一年勅令第二百八十六号）は、廃止する。
Article 3.　The Specific Property Custody Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.286 of 1946) shall be abolished.

(Transitional provisions followed by the abolition of the Specific Property Custody Ordinance)
第四條　この法律施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Article 4.　The application of the penal provisions to acts done before the enforcement of this Law shall still follow the former examples.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from the day of the first coming into force of the Peace Treaty with Japan.
２　賠償庁臨時設置法（昭和二十三年法律第三号）の一部を次のように改正する。
2　The Law for the Temporary Establishment of the Reparations Agency (Law No.3 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
第八條第二項中「及び税務署」及び「及び税務署長」を削る。
In Article 8 paragraph 2, "and the Chiefs of Taxation Offices" shall be deleted.
３　大蔵省設置法（昭和二十四年法律第百四十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
3　The Ministry of Finance Establishment Law (Law No.144 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第十五條第二項中「並びに特定財産管理令（昭和二十一年勅令第二百八十六号）の施行に関する事務」を削る。
In Article 15 paragraph 2, "And of affairs concerning the enforcement of the Specific Property Custody Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.286 of 1946)" shall be deleted.
第四十條第二項を削り、同條第三項を同條第二項とする。
Article 40 paragraph 2 shall be deleted, and paragraph 3 of the same Article be made paragraph 2 of the same Article.
