I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Imperial Household Agency Law.

宮内庁法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Imperial Household Agency Law
宮内庁法（昭和二十二年法律第七十号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Imperial Household Agency Law (Law No.70 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第一條の二中「皇太后宮職」を削る。
In Article 1-(2), "Board of The Empress Dowager's Affairs" shall be deleted.
第一條の五を削り、第一條の六を第一條の五とし、以下第一條の九まで一條ずつ繰り上げる。
Article 1-(5) shall be deleted, Article 1-(6) shall be made Article 1-(5), and the succeeding Articles down to Article 1-(9) shall be moved up by one.
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
１ この法律は、昭和二十七年一月一日から施行する。
1 This Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1952.
２ 特別職の職員の給與に関する法律（昭和二十四年法律第二百五十二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
2 The Law concerning Compensation for National Public Service Personnel in Special Government Service (Law No.252 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 1 item (16), "Grand Master of The Empress Dowager's Household," shall be deleted, in item (23) of the same Article, "Chief Lady-In-Waiting to The Empress Dowager," and "Ladies-In-Waiting to The Empress Dowager," shall be deleted.
別表第一中「皇太后宮大夫」を削る。
In Annexed Table No.1, "Grand Master of the Empress Dowager's Household" shall be deleted.
