I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Special Account for the Disposal of U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Special Account for the Disposal of U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan
米国対日援助物資等処理特別会計法（昭和二十五年法律第六十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law concerning the Special Account for the Disposal of U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan (Law No.65 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 3 paragraph 3, next to "under the provision of paragraph 1 shall" shall be added ";" , as to the aid commodities and aid services, "," dollar price of aid commodities and aid services "shall be amended as" dollar price of aid commodities and aid services concerned ", and next to" Ministry of Finance Ordinance, "shall be added" as to the delivered commodities, be the amount obtained by deducting the charges concerning the commodities concerned and others prescribed by the Cabinet Order from the proceeds from the sale of aid commodities concerned".
附 則
Supplementary Provision;
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
